BOMBSHELL COVER-UP in San Francisco Muslim Shooting of Gay Man
If True, Remove Assistant District Attorney Victor Hwang Immediately, Investigate Kamala D. Harris, District Attorney
Law enforcement and media are guilty of a deeply disturbing cover up in the crime of a group of homophobic Muslims that shot a gay man in the face.
Earlier today I published the shocking San Francisco news story: Muslims Shoot Gay Man in the Face.
In that piece I noted that the homophobic shooters were not identified as Muslims in the San Francisco Chronicle — SF Gate. What is not known is that allegedly this was not a decision made by the media, but by the DA.
Worse yet, the story came out on Thursday, authorities didn’t say anything until Wednesday, but the attack was on the previous Friday. There was a concerted effort within the San Francisco police department to bury this story, and it is only because one officer leaked the report to the media that anything was ever reported.
The Muslims chose the victim because he appeared to be gay. When the men were pulled over, police found a video camera that was used to film the shooting, investigators said.
Furthermore, the article vaguely suggests that they are looking into whether or not any similar shootings took place. What they aren’t telling you is that they know these boys had done this more than once, because it’s all on their video — the same one they used to film their homophobic shooting.
Assistant District Attorney Victor Hwang, the prosecutor in the case, said the men are cooperating in the investigation.
“We believe we have the evidence to show that there was targeting of individuals who they believed to be gay.”
He added, “We know about this one case. We want to know about if there are any other cases.”
Is he lying? Go to the videotape. If there has been a cover up, and he is lying, then Assistant District Attorney Victor Hwang should be removed and disbarred. He has put the public at risk by keeping vital information from the them, not to mention strong-arming the media.
Is the police department so compromised and infiltrated that they would strong-arm a newspaper to bury the story? This calls for an independent investigation, a special prosecutor.
If a Christian group shot a gay man in the face because he was gay, it would be on the front page of every newspaper and magazine for months, not to mention the networks. Hangings in the public square would be too good for the homophobic shooters.
Has the imam of these cousins been questioned?

Three cousins from Hayward have been charged in San Francisco with a hate crime and assault for allegedly firing a BB rifle at the face of a man they believed was gay, an attack the men videotaped, authorities said Wednesday.
Mohammad Habibzada, Shafiq Hashemi and Sayed Bassam, all 24, are scheduled to be arraigned today in San Francisco Superior Court. They are free on $50,000 bond apiece.
The victim of Friday’s attack was walking on the 3200 block of 16th Street near Guerrero Street about 10 p.m. when a car pulled up and someone inside opened fire with a BB rifle, police said.
Note the date. This happened last Friday — we are getting the half the cover-up story a week later.
The man was hit in the face but refused medical treatment, said Lt. Lyn Tomioka, spokeswoman for the Police Department. He reported the shooting to police, who pulled over a car that matched the assailants’ vehicle a short distance away and arrested the three Hayward men.
Investigators believe the assailants chose the victim because he appeared to be gay. When the men were pulled over, police found a video camera that was used to film the shooting, investigators said.
Assistant District Attorney Victor Hwang, the prosecutor in the case, said the men are cooperating in the investigation.
Authorities are looking into whether the attack was isolated or whether there have been similar BB gun shootings elsewhere in the Bay Area. Police have been unable to find victims to support any additional allegations, but Hwang said, “We believe we have the evidence to show that there was targeting of individuals who they believed to be gay.”
He added, “We know about this one case. We want to know about if there are any other cases.”
Atlas is calling for a special investigation into the District Attorney Kamala D. Harris’s office. There is malfeasance and obfuscation here that is putting the general public in danger.
The left-wing media is particularly disgusting here. Look how fast they throw their gay constituency under the bus.
