Malfeasance is defined as the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law.
Federal governmental malfeasance fueled by political corruption is the single, most important issue of the 2012 election.
Driven solely by political expediency and a craving for personal power and profit, while remaining unconstrained by the Constitution and the rule of law and unaccountable to the American people or even common sense, the conduct of the Democrat and Republican establishments has become pernicious to the health of the nation.
The Obama Administration has just released a federal budget, which projects a 2012 deficit of $1.327 trillion, making the national debt a total of $11.6 trillion, double the 2008 figure of $5.8 trillion and equal to all prior Presidents, from George Washington to George Bush, combined. The gross federal debt, projected in Obama’s own budget, reaches nearly $26 trillion by 2022, representing a Greece-like, nation-destroying figure of over 100 percent of Gross Domestic Product and requiring interest payments approximating $20 billion per week.
In violation of federal law, the Democrat-controlled Senate has not passed a budget in three years. Continuing the illegal precedent, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has said that he doesn’t intend to bring a budget to the floor for consideration, probably because it would be soundly defeated like last year’s budget by a 97-0 vote.
House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WI) said that the Obama budget is rife with gimmicks designed to show savings that don’t exist:
“When you look at the numbers all we’re getting here there is more spending, borrowing and more debt that will lead to slower economic growth…This is a political plan for the president’s reelection designed to help the president in a reelection campaign and a duck taking responsibility for solving a predictable debt crisis.”
There is a Turkish proverb, which states “the fish stinks first at the head.”
The list of Obama’s unconstitutional overreaches is long and troubling, including the following:
– On January 4, 2012 Obama made four appointments without the advice or consent of the U.S. Senate.
– Obamacare violates the Constitution by forcing individuals to purchase health insurance.
– Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services violated the First Amendment by requiring employers to cover contraceptives, abortifacients and sterilization in the health insurance they provide their employees, despite their religious and moral objections.
– Obama told the Department of Justice not to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, which was passed by a bipartisan Congress.
– Obama signed Dodd-Frank into law, which allows the government’s seizure of property, violating the Due Process Clause of the Constitution and creating administrative positions that are not vetted by the Senate as required by the Appointments Clause.
In direct violation of their oaths of office and in an effort to force radical transformation of the United States, the Obama Administration is attempting to undermine the Constitution, usurp the power it reserves for the States and deny the rights it guarantees to the American people.
Lawlessness may apply, not only to his Administration, but to Obama himself.
In my opinion, there is irrefutable evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is using a Social Security Number (042-68-4425) not issued to him.
According to SSN Verifier Plus, the number 042-68-4425 was issued in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979. The names associated with it are “Obama, Barack” and “Obama, Barack Hussein.” The dates of birth associated with that SSN are “1890”, “8/4/1961” and “4/8/1961.”
Why does the birth year 1890 show up in the database? I will get back to that.
According to the Social Security Administration’s RM 10201.30 Structure of the Social Security Number (SSN):
“Prior to June 25, 2011, the first three digits of the SSN represented the area number. The area number reflected the State as derived from the ZIP Code in the mailing address the number holder provided on the application for an original SSN card.”
Barack Obama never lived in Connecticut, nor did any member of his family. His original SSN application card is not available for inspection.
In contrast, the original registration cards for numbers adjacent to Obama’s do exist. Both Thomas Louis Wood (042-68-4424), Newington, CT 06111 and Paul Michael Graziano (042-68-4429), Trumbull, CT 06611, now deceased, were issued in 1977.
Those facts indicate that the SSN Obama is using was issued from an address in Connecticut during March 1977. At that time, Obama was 15 years old and living in Hawaii.
In addition, the SSN being used by Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States, suggesting that it is fraudulent.
The first verifiable use by Obama of the SSN 042-68-4425 was in October 1986 associated with his address, 5429 S. Harper Avenue, Apt 1N, Chicago IL.
Interestingly, the 042-68-4425 number does appear on a digital image of Obama’s alleged 1980 Selective Service registration. Unfortunately, whoever created that forgery did not notice that they were using a 2007 government form in an obvious attempt at back-dating.
It is not a quantum leap in logic to conclude that Obama’s friend, unrepentant domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, who also lived in New York City between 1981 and 1985, may have helped him obtain a new SSN.
In his book “Fugitive Days” Ayers describes his method for creating false identities:
“We soon figured out that the deepest and most foolproof ID had a government-issued Social Security card at its heart, and the best source of those were dead-baby birth certificates. I spent impious days over the next several months tramping through rural cemeteries in Iowa and Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota…”
The 1890 birth date may refer to the Connecticut resident who was the original holder of Obama’s SSN.
There should be no doubt that the Obama Campaign, its supporters, the Democrats and the mainstream media will use any tactic honest or dishonest to discredit opponents and ensure the reelection of Barack Obama.
It is perplexing, therefore, that, given the weight of the evidence, the gravity of the national situation and the potential for a felon in the White House; no prominent Republican investigates or even speaks about Obama’s SSN.
Yet the Republicans rail about the danger of a second Obama term and the critical need to remove him from office.
In fact, Obama could be forced to resign before the 2012 election, if he would be fully vetted.
Could it be that exposing Obama would also reveal the Republican establishment’s malfeasance and complicity or jeopardize their own power and privilege by rocking the political system to its core?
The 2012 election will present a stark choice for those Americans opposing a second Obama Administration.
Do you without reservation support the candidates of the Republican establishment and risk a continuation of the corrupt status quo or do you challenge that establishment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law by threatening to withhold your vote from Republican candidates until Obama is fully vetted?
I have already made my choice. We are at war to save our country.
