This morning, a friend send me this image of a painting by Jean-Léon Gérôme. Some say that it depicts Victoria and Albert receiving the Siamese embassy. Recent historical research, however, suggests that it actually depicts the liberal media at an Obama press conference. (Chris Matthews may be third from the front.)
