By its own admission, the Arab world loves death more than it loves life. 

Consider that “during all periods of their history, the ancient Egyptians seem to have spent much of their time thinking of death and making provisions for their afterlife. The vast size … and the ubiquity of their funerary monuments bear testimony to this obsession.”

Consider that the Palestinian world teaches its children to embrace shahid, or martyrdom.  It is an aberrant culture where parents celebrate their own children’s deaths by the promotion of suicide terrorism.

Consider that these suicide/homicide bombers are taught that death will bring them sexual pleasure.  Thus, “[s]hahada or death for Allah mandates Muslims to aspire to die in combat for Islam … where the most prominent reward are the ’72 dark-eyed virgins in Paradise.'”

Consider the partying and exuberance of the Palestinian world when hearing of the 9-11 attacks and the deaths of 3,000 Americans of all races and religions.

Consider the recent three-finger salute among the Arabs and handing out of candy regarding the abduction and murder of three Israeli teenage boys.

Consider that Islamic jihadists have no problem with using children as shields in their fight against the infidel.

Which makes one wonder how Barack Hussein Obama could maintain that “Allah is supreme, Allah is supreme, Allah is supreme, Allah is supreme. I witness that there is no god but Allah” is “one of the prettiest sounds on earth.”  It is not the “Stars and Stripes” nor “America the Beautiful” that he cites.  It is the call to prayer for a “culture of death,” as affirmed by Pope Francis’s secretary, Father Yoannis Lahzi Gaido, an Egyptian Christian Copt who speaks fluent Arabic.

In fact, Obama, the president of the United States, smiles when Bergdahl’s father recites the Arabic prayer intimating the caliphate capture of land. 

Obama cannot come clean about the murder of Ambassador Stevens and instead speaks at the United Nations “shoring up his fake narrative [about Benghazi] by warning the UN General Assembly that the future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam.”  Nary a word to those who would slander America or to those who would torture and murder Americans – not to those who daily bring carnage and chaos to the world as they scream Allah Akbar and abduct, murder, maim, rape, burn, and pillage communities.  How ironic that one of the many horrors of the Islamist menace occurred by the very ruins of ancient Egypt.  And yet, this terrorist cancer has metastasized a hundredfold since then.

But Obama’s destructive worldview is not confined to things Islamic.  He is comfortable with telling a woman that her vibrant but elderly mother simply does not have the “right” to extend her life.  Instead, Obama retorts that she’ll just have to take a pill, and too bad that she has the desire to live.  Obama, the imperial president, now plays God, too.

Obama loves the cessation of life.  He is the most pro-abortion president to date.  He voted not once, not twice, but three times not to save babies who survived attempts to abort them.  Not surprisingly, he lied about his voting record on this issue.

Obama is setting the stage for the decimation of the military.  U.S. Army Reserve Major Montgomery J. Granger writes that “[t]he danger of electing a president with no military experience, or respect for those who do serve, is coming home to roost. Obama hates the military and takes every opportunity to humiliate and endanger U.S. forces, especially our elite marines and Navy SEALS, and now is striking at the heart of our forces: The Army.”

Until constant exposure forced his hand, Obama was mute about the deliberate deaths of veterans in VA hospitals and claimed ignorance about the issue – yet another prevarication.

Obama’s signature piece of legislation, ObamaCare, continues to result in people’s deaths because they are losing their coverage.  Tut, tut, says the wannabe emperor.

No amount of appeal moves this robotic individual unless it is in his best interest to cover up the crimes against the spirits and bodies of Americans.  And unlike Midas, who  “swelled at first with pride when he found he could transform everything he touched to gold; but when he beheld his food grow rigid and his drink harden into golden ice then he understood that this gift was a bane and in his loathing for gold, cursed his prayer,”

Obama revels in his executive overreach so that everything he touches seems to be destroyed – jobs, the economy, American dreams, law and order.

Obama smiles that solid waste-eating grin and claims there is “not a smidgen of scandal” concerning the IRS, even while the whiff of scandal grows each day.  Americans’ political freedom of choice was systematically decimated, but not to worry, as “America staggers from one contrived disaster to another, … Barack – god of chaos – cackles up his sleeve … pretending to be an icon of rectitude, restraint and moral probity.”

Obama looks the other way when Hamas terrorists abduct and murder three young Israeli teenagers who were hiking but warmly welcomes the very people for whom this is a moment of exultation as they continue their charade of peace talks.  Instead, as Bob Unruh explains, “[u]nder the Muslim Brotherhood-influenced Obama administration, U.S. policy has undergone such a drastic shift in the direction of outright support for these jihadist movements – from al-Qaida militias in Libya, to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and both al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood-linked rebels in Syria – that it is scarcely recognizable as American anymore.”

Obama has mandated that any reference to Islam and terrorism be expunged so American law enforcement agents are not being educated about this dire threat to the country.  How many more people will be hurt or killed because of his indifference to this global threat?

Obama was educated in a Muslim country; he celebrates his annual iftar dinners by saying how much the Muslim world has contributed to humanity.  Does he mean the apartheid system rampant throughout the Muslim world?  Or perhaps he is talking about the modern-day slave trade that racks the continent of Africa as Muslims swoop down and capture people?  Perhaps he had women’s honor killings in mind, or the young girls whom the Taliban splashed with acid as they tried to attend school?  Or perhaps Boko Haram?  Does  Obama understand as Nonie Darwish has written that the “values of joy, life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and making the world a better place, do not exist in the Quran”?

Elie Wiesel, who has far too much experience with Holocaust depravity and death, has written that “the opposite of life is not death; it’s indifference.”

One is reminded of the comment of Charles Woods, father of slain Tyrone Woods:

[Obama’s] face was looking at me, but his eyes were looking over my shoulder like he could not look me in the eye. And it was not a sincere, ‘I’m really sorry, you know, that your son died,’ but it was totally insincere [.] Woods says that shaking President Obama’s hands at his son’s memorial service was ‘like shaking hands with a dead fish.’

Obama has imbibed the culture of death and destruction endemic in the Muslim world.  It has been emboldened because of his leftist, socialist, Marxist, and/or communist leanings, but the end result is the same: the death of opportunity, of creativity, of beauty, of vision, of life itself.

That is the legacy of Obama, and the sooner more Americans see this pattern of ruin, the sooner the call for impeachment must come.  And, yes, I am sick and tired of hearing we cannot impeach the First Caucasian Black President.  If he breaks the law, he is to be treated the same way as any other American.  He is not to be above the law.

In the introduction to American Boomerang by Nick Adams, Lt. Colonel Allen B. West recalls the words of French philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville, who wrote that “everybody feels the evil, but no one has courage or energy enough to seek the cure.”  It is time to put the brakes on Obama – not because of his race, but because of his defiance of the law, his willful and deliberate actions that hurt Americans, and his belief that he can sanction murder, whether it be under the Islamic rubric or the leftist/communist one.
