George Washington was elected president in 1789, over seven years after the Revolutionary War militarily ended with the British surrender at Yorktown (October 19, 1781) and war prisoners subsequently exchanged.

Abraham Lincoln was assassinated on April 14, 1865.  While Lee had surrendered to Grant at Appomattox on April 9, the full surrender of Confederate forces did not take place until May and the war declared over.  President Andrew Johnson (Lincoln’s VP) then ordered all Union and Confederate prisoners to be freed, which they were.   There were no exchanges.

Franklin Roosevelt died on April 12, 1945.  On April 30, Hitler killed himself in his bunker, and VE Day (Victory in Europe) was declared with Germany’s surrender on May 8.  We all know how Truman ended the war with Japan the following August.

It was obviously Truman, not FDR, who oversaw the release or liberation of Americans from German or Japanese POW camps.

Thus neither Washington, Lincoln, nor FDR could have engaged in end-of-war prisoner swaps.  What all three did was authorize a great many deserters and traitors to be hung or shot by firing squad.

This should have been Bowie Bergdahl’s fate.  Yet, primarily because he is a homosexual, this deserter continues to be protected by the Zero Administration, which refuses to this day to allow the Pentagon report on him to be released.

Is there any good news around this week’s bleak landscape?  Well, yes, that would be the revelation that the UVA fraternity rape horror story is a feminist agitprop hoax.

You’ve all heard the story, that Rolling Stone claimed “Jackie” was hideously gang-raped by seven fraternity boys, that the UVA president found the fraternity guilty until proven innocent, and masses of studentards protested in front of the frat house.

I knew the story was a hoax the instant I read Jackie’s claims of utter absurdity – like being gang-raped for hours while lying on the sharp glass shards of a smashed coffee table.

Yet the nonsense fit in perfectly with the latest Feminazi cause of the “rape culture” on college campuses requiring infinite protection of  20 year-old child-girls too helpless and dumb to ward off the wiles of evil boy-males in violent heat.

Any self-respecting young lady would laugh at the insult, but not the studentards at UVA.  Now the story is unraveling more and more by the day – with the three kids to whom Jackie told her story coming out publicly yesterday (12/11) saying so much of the Rolling Stone story is false.

With the exposure of the UVA Rape Hoax, the question now is what effect will that have on the other FemiLeft Rape Cause, that of the destruction of Bill Cosby?

As we are subjected to an apparently endless series of aging women grasping for 15 seconds of fame by making unprovable evidence-free accusations that Cosby defiled them in some manner 30-40 years ago (“he drugged me and I woke up later and I knew he did something bad to me”) – well, the decent thing we can do is not hold a Red Queen trial on the guy:  “Sentence first – verdict afterward!”

The FemiLeft and the Enemedia operate the Red Queen way with their propaganda frenzies of destruction – demanding an “Off with their heads!” sentence be carried out instantly upon accusation.

Maybe a sufficient amount of evidence against Cosby will be provided, but as of now there has been a ludicrous lack of it.  Par for the leftie-libtard course.

Get comfortable for what’s coming next, preferably with a tumbler of your favorite adult beverage within easy reach.  This is one of those gems that by itself is worth a year’s subscription to TTP.

For the past two weeks, Sony Pictures has been the target of a series of savage cyber-attacks hacking into the computer system and revealing personal employee data including emails and social security numbers.

Here’s a timeline of the Sony attacks.  Here’s a story today (12/12) of how medical records of Sony employees and their children have been hacked and posted online.

It’s truly awful, with the finger of blame being pointed at the Norks, because the hackers’ anger is focused on a new Sony movie, “The Interview,” which the hackers are demanding be canceled.  It’s a comedy ridiculing Norks.

It turns out the hackers are not the Norks, and anger towards the Sony movie is a diversion.

One of TTP’s most trusted sources is the best private cybersecurity company in the world.  Our friends there have now acquired over 50 terabytes of hacked Sony data and have been analyzing and indexing it for the past week.  Here is what they tell me:

Although many think that the hack was from NK because the previous cyber-attack that NK allegedly conducted on SK (South Korea) last year had some of the very same digital signatures as the Sony hack, it doesn’t appear to be NK.

Most of the information being released is being released from…..you guessed it, Jack….. Russia.

This attack is very significant though as it highlights a new level of attack…..complete devastation.  Most cyber attacks up to this one could all be attributed to exfiltration of information or secrets (like the Chinese are famous for).

That is, either “hactivism” – attacking for a social punishment or protest (which Anonymous and Lulzsec are famous for) –  or monetary gain (Target, HomeDepot) – stealing credit cards or personal information for sale on black markets.

The Sony attacks, however, are literally meant to destroy Sony.  Most breaches cost companies millions of dollars.  The Sony breach may cost them their entire company!

But why would Russian hackers attack Sony for making a satire film on the Norks?

Russians are too scared to attack a US/Japan company directly.  Part of the malicious code was written in Korean and much of it was a copy of the NK attack from 2013 on SK.

The attackers are certainly smart enough to not leave such obvious “fingerprints” on the code that would easily point to NK.

Attribution in the cyber world is everything.  People will figure out that if the hackers were sophisticated enough to pull off such an attack, they were also smart enough to cover their tracks…..unless they wanted to leave some other country’s fingerprints on it.  The obvious answer in cyber is generally not the correct one.

Our conclusion is that this attack was a Kremlin test attack of future large scale attacks on US corporations.  The movie excuse is just a smokescreen.

The Big Question now for our company is, will we be given the green light to take down the entire computer system of Russia – or any of its key companies such as Gazprom?  Wouldn’t be hard to do, Russkie systems are critically vulnerable.  Stay tuned.

It’s getting late in the day and it’s time to close.  Yet the Senate vote on the $1.1 trillion Crapnibus bill will take place soon.  That may be hours away and we can’t wait around that long.

Note however the extreme irony of this moment.  We want this Destroy-America corrupt monstrosity to die – we desperately want it to die in the Senate after the Boehner House treacherously passed it.

And our only hope of that happening is that Democrats led by hyper-left Fauxcahontas Warren will do it for us.

So why is Warren “channeling Ted Cruz” as Roll Call puts it?  Because she’s running for the White House in 2016 and has to as the Anti-Hillary running from the left of her and Zero.  She hasn’t announced yet, she’s being very coy.  But this is the first clear signal, her first overt move revealing her intentions.

Let’s wish Fauxcahontas luck tonight – although most likely she’ll put up a public fight as the Champion of the Left, then gracefully retreat. 

Let there be no mistake.  The passage of the Crapnibus bill is an utter disaster for America’s future.  The House GOP leadership is corrupt slime.  We’ve known that of course, but to have it made so blatantly overt is sickening.
