Trump Adheres To The Law On Immigration, Shocking Lawless Democrats Peter J. Ferrara

The plan to deport about one million illegal aliens announced by Acting United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Ken Cuccinelli is not a matter of discretion. Cuccinelli is just following the law, and already issued court orders.
Those subject to deportation under the plan have already had their cases adjudicated in the United States, with immigration judges ruling they have lost their cases, and ordering them deported. Cuccinelli is just the first federal official, besides President Trump, brave enough to follow and implement the law.
That is what President Trump pledged to do when he took the oath of office. Take care that the laws be faithfully executed. That is why the President is called the Chief Executive. Democrats, and their party-controlled media, find that shocking because they have been in an insurrection since Trump took that oath of office.
Cuccinelli said in a CBS interview on Sunday,
“[ICE agents are] ready to just perform their mission which is to go and find and detain and then deport the approximately one million people who have final removal orders. They’ve been all the way through the due process and have final removal orders.”
If we are not going to deport illegal aliens who have had their cases adjudicated with final deportation orders fully in accord with due process, then Democrats would have effectively opened the borders to Central America, and the entire third world, to just walk in, and sign up for welfare paid for by U.S. citizens. That would amount to a coup against American democracy, as that policy has never been adopted into law by representatives democratically elected by those same U.S. citizens.
Breitbart News reported on July 7, “The latest Harvard/Harris Poll finds that a majority of Americans support Trump’s plan to mass deport illegal aliens following inaction from Congress. This includes support from more than 8-in-10 Republican voters and more than 5-in-10 swing voters. Breitbart News further reports that there are about 1.7 million illegal aliens from Central America and Mexico, alone, living in the U.S. despite already being ordered deported or having pending deportation orders. The latest federal data concludes that there are more than 925,000 illegal aliens, in total, with final deportation orders who have continued living freely in the U.S. About 20% of these illegal aliens have at least one criminal conviction…. Roughly 60% of these illegal aliens come from Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala.
The Democrat’s continuing illegal resistance should not be surprising, because these same Democrats have refused to abide by the rule of law with the choice of American citizens to elect Donald Trump in 2016. Instead, they have engaged in what they call Resistance, which is actually an outright Insurrection.
That same resistance continues to this day with the Fascist thugs of Antifa, a modern-day domestic terrorist group, modeled precisely after the Nazi Brown Shirts, who battled for the rise of Hitler in the 1930s. Attorney General Bill Barr’s Rule of Law is already starting to take that group down, with a federal investigation into the Mayor of Portland, who has refused police protection for U.S. citizens attacked and beaten nearly to death by these modern Nazi Brown Shirts.
Lawless Resistance Democrats are already in insurrection today in the Socialist one party state of California. Ruling Democrats in California have already effectively declared the border abolished, with their sanctuary cities and sanctuary state, reinforced by the Governor promising free health care for all illegal aliens.
No wonder the Democrat Mayor of Portland thinks he can call the police off from protecting Americans from Antifa Nazi Brown Shirts. These lawlessDemocrats should openly campaign in Central America. Because they seem to care more about Central Americans, than about the American people, workers and voters.
Ken Cuccinelli and Bill Barr just need to enforce the Rule of Law, whatever it takes, to stop this modern Resistance and Insurrection, and restore Due Process and the Rule of Law.
Remember what Democrats did the last time they refused to accept the results of a democratic election. They started a Civil War, rebelling against the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, because he wanted to end slavery. That Civil War resulted in almost a million American casualties, with outright armies of Democrats battling and shooting at the U.S. Army.
That took the rise of the Civil Rights movement to fully and finally quell that last Resistance 100 years after that Civil War. That Civil Rights movement was originally started and completed by Republicans, as racist, segregationist Democrats still resisted Civil Rights into the 1960s.
That battle for Civil Rights embroiled America for much of the 20th Century, until Republicans could provide the last necessary votes to pass the Civil Rights Act in 1964, and the Voting Rights Act in 1965. If Cuccinelli and Barr can restore the Rule of Law today, they can stop the modern Democrat Left Resistance now.
