Kaitlin Bennett is the girl that become known as the “Kent State gun girl.” Her activism and support of the Second Amendment right to bear arms have become a point of contention to the liberals and gun-phobic students on the campus. Her premise is that students and teachers should be allowed to carry weapons for the sole purpose of protecting themselves. Upon her graduation, Kaitlin Bennett posed for a picture that is fueling the debate for gun liberty.
As a student Bennett respected the rules of the school. But her views of guns and petitions for freedom to carry were legendary with everyone. But now that she has graduated, she is making even bigger ripples on the campus than ever before. Her stance on guns has brought violence and threats from liberals. But she continues to uphold the freedom to bear arms for all people.
In one instance, she mentioned in the video that her cameraman was assaulted by an angry crowd of liberals. She stated that had she been carrying a gun to protect herself, then the assault would never have taken place. But the loony left does not want people carrying guns because that means that they cannot inflict harm on them when they choose to do so.
The “gun girl” has been and will be attacked by liberals every time she holds a rally. She stated after being assaulted at one rally that “This is what happens when a Trump supporter goes to a college campus. Leftists at @ohiou started a riot when @Joelpatrick1776 and I showed up, and the @oupolice let it happen. I think @realDonaldTrump should strip funding from universities like this that harbor terrorists.”
President Trump has echoed the same sentiments towards universities that stop students from exercising certain freedoms. They will lose their funding. Many of the liberal run universities believe that they can do whatever they want just because they control the educational process. But they forget that they are funded by tax dollars and are accountable for how they treat and teach students.
While at the school Bennett started the Liberty Hangout club. Through this club, she was able to post several videos of the challenges towards liberals that she would bring regarding their liberal views. In these videos, many liberals shamefully attacked her and her crew. In some cases, law enforcement had to come along for her protection. While at the same time enduring insulting remarks from the liberal loonies.
In one case a liberal stated by posting “#PoopyPants @KaitMarieox didn’t have a good time at OU today. Got picked up by her bodyguard and taken away in a hurry. She probably had an emergency she had to take care of.” The liberal is excited that Bennett was assaulted and attacked. In the realm of liberalism, it has become hazardous to be conservative. But this is the sentiment that all liberals have towards people of differing views. They want to simply kill them all.
Every time she has rally security has to be present. The university has stated about the events that “Ohio university police officers were present throughout the incident to protect everyone’s rights and safety; other than keeping streets and other public rights of way clear, no police officers asked anyone to leave at any point in time.” Liberals are maintaining, as seen by this statement, that no violence ever happened.
But there were verbal threats issued and things thrown at Bennett and her crew. This alone is physical assault. The intent was to inflict harm on the person of Bennett. No matter what the university claims, there were violent acts towards Bennett and her camera crew.
The violent Democrats and crazy liberal population have no tolerance for people with opposing views. Simply because they cannot calmly exercise their ability to vocalize an argument intelligently. They would rather resort to violence and harm to silence the other people. These same actions are on full display as the Democrats continue to wage war against President Trump. He has shown how to weather the attacks by being calm and forgiving but choosing to move forward and do what is right.
