The Serbian Connection To Biden, Soros, the CIA – and electoral fraud. Joseph Hippolito

When Sidney Powell spoke to conservative radio host Howie Carr on Nov. 20, she included Serbia among four countries she accused of interfering with the Nov. 3 Presidential election.

Four days earlier, a former member of Serbia’s parliament published stunning evidence to support Powell’s assertion.

Srjdan Nogo not only showed how Serbia manipulated vote totals. He exposed the connections between the highest officials in the Serbian government, Serbian leaders in technology and telecommunications, George Soros, former Vice President Joe Biden, the CIA and other government agencies in the United States.

Among the figures Nogo mentions in his articles for the website Srbin Info is retired Gen. David Petraeus, who commanded American troops in Afghanistan, then served as President Barack Obama’s CIA director for 15 months before John Brennan replaced him in 2012.

In a separate tweet Nov. 29, Nogo confirmed that the United States military seized CIA computer servers in Frankfurt, Germany.

Nogo, 39, was a member of Serbia’s National Assembly from 2016-19 and sat on three committees as a member of the opposition. He belonged to the Dveri Party, which Wikipedia described as nationalist and populist, and has his own Serbian-language website.

Founded in 2012, Srbin Info features daily domestic and international news as “one of the most read Cyrillic internet sites in Serbia,” said Wikipedia’s Serbian page. That page added Srbin Info “promotes patriotism (and) close relations between Serbia and Russia” while being “extremely critical of NATO, the European Union, globalism, the strong influence of the United States and general Euro-Atlantic integration.”

In his Nov. 16 article, Nogo wrote that Serbian tech specialists working for Dominion Voting Systems — which has an office in Belgrade, Serbia’s capital — wrote the software for Dominion’s voting machines. That software included an algorithm that would reduce President Donald Trump’s votes “as a function of percentage of Republicans in a precinct,” Nogo wrote.

Nogo cited two examples from Michigan. In Antrim County, Trump held an early lead before a computer glitch transferred 6,000 votes to Biden, ostensibly giving him victory.

Two facts make the transfer more suspicious. Not only did Trump win Antrim County in 2016. Republican Presidential candidates won it in 32 of the past 34 elections.

The final tally appeared so suspicious that on Dec. 4, a Michigan judge ordered a forensic investigation of Dominion’s machines in Antrim County and prohibited destruction of evidence.

In Wayne County, where Detroit is the county seat, Dominion’s machines automatically linked to a Serbian IP address at 11 p.m. Nov. 3. Operators at that address then shifted thousands of votes from Trump to Biden.

“Right from the beginning,” Nogo wrote, “the program has been set up in such a way that every time Trump receives three votes, one vote is added to Biden.”

Nogo included lists of IP addresses and connections, and a graphic showing the algorithm in his article. He also tweeted them.

“A number of mistakes and malwares were added to the software,” Nogo wrote, “and additional manipulation were (sic) done over the internet, from (a) Serbian IP address.”

Nogo traced that address to the Belgrade headquarters of Serbia Broadband (SBB), which operated one-third of Serbia’s internet market and half of its cable television market as of 2018.

SBB represents the joint effort by the CIA and Soros to develop Serbia’s tech infrastructure during the civil wars that led to Yugoslavia’s disintegration.

In 2000, Soros and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) announced separate initiatives to invest in European internet development. Two years later, Soros’ Southeast Europe Equity Fund invested $10 million in SBB. By 2011, Soros was selling investment portfolios specializing in Serbian digital media.

In 2013, when Petraeus became the chairman of the KKR Global Institute, KKR purchased a majority stake in the holding company that owns SBB for $1.3 billion.

Five years later, BC Partners bought KKR’s stake for €2.6 billion (about $3 billion at the 2018 exchange rate). But KKR retained managerial control.

Petraeus, Nogo tweeted, “controls the firm which changed the USA votes from Belgrade.”

Three other Americans played vital roles in establishing Serbia’s tech infrastructure: Sean Fitzpatrick, David Roseman and Bill Jameson. Fitzpatrick, a marketing expert, used his position as executive vice president of McCann Erickson (now McCann Worldgroup) as cover for his work as a CIA contractor, Nogo wrote.

Roseman worked in 150 countries during his 30 years in the CIA. As part of his duties, Roseman helped Bosnia and Herzegovina form a joint intelligence service with Serbia.

Roseman and Fitzpatrick were among those the CIA used to take control of Serbia’s intelligence services, judiciary and politicians, Nogo wrote.

“So therefore, Belgrade was the safe house to conduct the election fraud in America,” Nogo wrote. “Also, the Iran connection with the election fraud in USA could not exist without Serbia.”

Nenad Kovac provides that link. Since 2015, Kovac has been the board chairman of the Roaming Group, a consortium of companies he founded that specialize in IT development, telecommunications, electronics and renewable energy.

Kovac “controls the entire IT industry of Serbia,” Nogo wrote, and is “directly connected to Huawei and ZTE,” Chinese telecommunications firms.

Kovac represents both companies in Serbia, and his government connections enable him to violate American sanctions against Iran by shipping Huawei’s and ZTE’s equipment there.

Three days before Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s 2017 visit to Washington, Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson expressed concerns about Kovac and his associates to Vice President Mike Pence. The Texas Democrat wrote that a group including Kovac and Andrej Vucic — the Serbian president’s brother — planned “to consolidate all infrastructure and public works projects,” she wrote.

Johnson also warned Pence about Serbia “actively pursuing deeper diplomatic and commercial ties with Iran,” which “is actively looking for investment opportunities in Serbian privatization schemes,” she wrote. Only months before, Iran opened a business center for all the Balkans in Belgrade.

Kovac is under investigation in the United States for violating sanctions against Iran, financing terrorism and money laundering, Nogo wrote. In July, Serbian police arrested 11 people on charges of stealing and laundering $70 million through websites for phony investment firms. Victims included investors from Texas, which prompted the FBI’s involvement. That trial is scheduled to begin in January.

Nogo added that USAID, the State Department’s agency for foreign aid, was used to launder money. Who benefits? The former parliamentarian makes a breathtaking accusation:

“Soros organized the whole corruptive network in Serbia wherein huge amounts of money, including hundreds of millions of dollars which came from American taxpayers, were stolen and laundered through USAID and that money was used to finance political activities in the US and activities of the terrorist organizations Antifa and BLM (Black Lives Matter).” (emphasis added)

Nogo accuses Serbian President Vucic of participating in this graft, and uses two incidents from March to illustrate his point.

When Vucic was in Washington for a security meeting, he asked National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien whether Trump would support Vucic’s plan to relocate 1.2 million migrants — mostly ISIS combatants — to Serbia. Soros would pay Vucic $25,000 for every resettled migrant.

“O’Brien was in shock,” Nogo wrote. “Firstly, he couldn’t believe that there is a madman willing to receive the terrorists and destroy his own country. Secondly, he was even more shocked that this madman is asking him for Trump’s support for this kind of plan, knowing full well that Trump is a primordial enemy of George Soros and that he is strongly opposed to migrants and to the Islamic State.”

O’Brien asked if Vucic had spoken to anyone else about this, and the president said he contacted diplomatic envoys Richard Grenell and Jared Kushner. Grenell negotiated historic economic agreements between Serbia and Kosovo.

O’Brien then summoned Grenell and Kushner. When they confronted Vucic, he admitted he lied and tried implicating Hashim Thaci, Kosovo’s president who would resign in November.

“Since Thaci was in Washington at the same time,” Nogo wrote, “he was immediately summoned to the White House, and Vucic and Thaci were forced to admit what they were doing with Soros.”

Later in March, O’Brien met with former Serbian President Boris Tadic, now part of the opposition, about a $3 billion debt Iraq owed a Belgrade-based consortium when American forces occupied Iraq. Tadic sold that debt for $280 million to a company owned by one of Biden’s sons in return for Biden’s political support.

Was that son Hunter? Quite likely. As Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley said on the Senate floor Dec. 10, the Biden family “engaged and potential criminal financial dealings around the globe, including China, which created counterintelligence concerns.” (emphasis added)

Four years ago, as Serbia’s prime minister, Vucic donated $2 million to Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaign and publicly endorsed her. Serbian broadcasting tycoon Zeljko Mitrovic sent €5 million ($5.5 million at the 2016 exchange rate) for her campaign to an account connected to Biden.

As Nogo wrote, “these are the kind of scumbags the globalists are constantly bringing into power in Serbia.”

Today Serbia. Tomorrow the United States? Or has it already happened?
