Donald Trump is nearing a crossroads.

Those who allege that he has endangered the tradition of smooth presidential transitions by not conceding immediately after the media declared him the loser suffer amnesia.

When Trump was elected in 2016, the Washington establishment lost its collective mind. The top echelon of the FBI and CIA were still spreading a fraudulent Christopher Steele dossier paid for by the campaign of his opponent, Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic National Committee.

Shortly before Trump’s inauguration, President Barack Obama called Vice President Joe Biden, National-Security Adviser Susan Rice, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, and FBI director James Comey into the Oval Office. The purpose of the meeting was reportedly to collate progress reports about how best to continue government surveillance of Trump’s designated national-security adviser, Michael Flynn, and thereby disrupt the transition.

Flynn’s name was soon unmasked, apparently by Obama-administration officials, and then illegally leaked to the press.

The harassment during the transition became thematic for Trump’s next four years, which saw false evidence submitted to federal courts and the illegal leaking of other classified documents.

No prior president has faced such hysterical opposition bent on removing him from office — whether by a special prosecutor, concocted charges that he should be deposed under the 25th Amendment, or, finally, a failed attempt at removal via impeachment.

We felt this was fitting on this national holiday.

Dear President Trump:

The 2020 elections have lived up to their expectations. They will be remembered as the critical juncture in our history, the point where either, the individual American citizen lost his or her right to freely consent for their choice of government , or the point where Americans of all creeds, with you at the helm rose up and beat back the elites.

For the past four years Mr. President, the media barraged you with an over 90 percent negative coverage, in spite of that, you prevailed in the hearts of the American public. Your political foes did their best to hamper your plans, yet you persisted. Unbeknownst to many, your foes had one last trick up their sleeves!  This year, they conducted a fraudulent election process across the US. Their mainstream media counterparts then abetted the scheme by prematurely declaring your opponent the winner. They are trying to create a sense of uncertainty to make you quit. They know the public witnessed incidences of corruption and fraud at the polls, cases that still must be litigated and settled in the courts. Only a few of the election results have been certified, yet they do not care. They just want you out!

To make the situation worse, some of your opponents are calling for the creation of blacklists of your family and supporters. In the bible, the book of Esther in the fourth chapter, we find Queen Esther facing a similar situation. She and her people were facing annihilation in the hands of their enemy by the name of Haman. He had tricked the mighty King Xerxes, to issue an edict which would result in the elimination of the Jewish people in the Medo-Persian empire. Haman’s wrath transcended the wiping out of the Jewish nation. He had a special hatred for Mordecai, the queen’s cousin, who had refused to bow down and pay homage to him. He ordered gallows to be built 75 feet high where Mordecai would be hanged in the morning.

A Republican poll observer from Pennsylvania’s Delaware County, told a Senate GOP Policy Committee hearing in Gettysburg on Wednesday, that he witnessed a range of Election Day irregularities, including 47 USB cards that went missing.

Greg Stenstrom, who, besides being a poll watcher, said he is an expert in security fraud, told the hearing that he witnessed a number of chain-of-custody violations, including around mail-in ballots, the balance of votes from drop boxes, and the handling of USB card flash drives—all of which he said broke rules defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections and the election process review.

“They didn’t follow one,” Stenstrom said. “It shocked me that this could happen,” he added.

He described witnessing a situation in which data on USB cards was uploaded to voting machines by a warehouse superviser without being observed by a poll watcher, which he said he saw happening at least 24 times.

“He’s walking in with baggies, which we have pictures of and that were submitted in our affidavits,” Stenstrom said, adding that Democrat poll watchers also witnessed this occurrence.

Stenstrom said he was told by an attorney that it’s normal for several USB cards to be left in machines and then brought back by the warehouse manager for input into tally systems. He added that when he later raised the issue with U.S. Attorney General William McSwain and some law enforcement officers, he was told it is unusual for more than two drives to be left in voting machines.

Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit late Wednesday seeking to set aside the results of the election in Michigan, claiming that “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots” enabled by “massive election fraud” helped make possible Biden’s vote count lead in the state. The suit also pointed to multiple issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems.

The attorney, who previously worked with President Donald Trump’s legal team, also filed a separate lawsuit in Georgia late Wednesday with allegations of voting irregularities and fraud. She announced on Twitter that the “Kraken” had been released in both states, with exhibits to follow.

The 75-page complaint (pdf) filed in Michigan alleged “massive election fraud” throughout the state in violation of Michigan’s Elections Code and the U.S. Constitution.

“The scheme and artifice to defraud was for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as president of the United States,” the suit alleged. It added that fraud was committed in many ways, but the most “troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy” involved “systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.’”

The complaint alleged “an especially egregious range of conduct” in Wayne County and the City of Detroit and similar conduct throughout the state, which it attributed to direction from Michigan state election officials. It noted that the “same pattern of election fraud and voter fraud writ large occurred in all the swing states with only minor variations” in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.

The complaint cited eyewitness and expert testimony to allege that there were enough ballots identified to overturn and reverse the election results. It also said results of the election cannot be relied on because the entire election process was “riddled with fraud, illegality, and statistical impossibility.”

The suit claimed that election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems used by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers helped facilitate the fraud.

President Donald Trump said the year is not yet over, responding to poll respondents who want him to run for president in 2024.

In a new Morning Consult/Politico poll, a majority of GOP respondents said they’d vote for Trump if he ran for president in four years.

Trump shared a social media post about the poll, writing: “But 2020 is a long way from over!”

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden declared victory in the Nov. 3 election, but Trump is challenging results in a number of battleground states and insists he still has a chance to win. The Epoch Times isn’t calling the race until all challenges are resolved.

On Wednesday, Trump called into a Pennsylvania Senate hearing and claimed he won the election.

“This was an election that we won easily. We won it by a lot,” he said.

“This election was rigged, and we can’t let that happen. We can’t let it happen for our country, and this election has to be turned around, because we won Pennsylvania by a lot, and we won all of these swing states by a lot,” he added.

On election night, he recounted, he had built up leads in states like Pennsylvania before “all of a sudden, ballots were dumped.”

This week, a judge granted the Trump campaign an opportunity to present evidence of alleged widespread voter fraud in Nevada. The campaign will get the opportunity to present 15 depositions at a Nov. 3 hearing to make its case.

“BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing,” White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows announced on Twitter Tuesday night. “Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned.”

Trump officials told The Washington Examiner that the judge is allowing 15 depositions. The campaign plans to present evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Joe Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results. According to preliminary results, Biden won 703,486 votes to Trump’s 669,890 votes, roughly a 34,000-vote spread.

“It gives us a real chance, if to do nothing else, to begin to show this historic level of fraud,” Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union and one of those leading the Nevada case, told the Examiner. “Our filing said we have over 15 individuals and tens of thousands more from mail-in fraud. We have enough to switch the outcome.”

The Trump campaign’s lawsuit, filed November 17, included several allegations of voter fraud, including votes from nonresidents and the dead. The lawsuit claimed that election officials used a machine to verify the signatures on hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots, in violation of state law, which requires human verification. The campaign claimed the machines are plagued with problems.

“A lot of people in the national media have said, ‘If you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.’ Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality,” Schlapp said on Fox News Tuesday night. “If we get a fair hearing, I believe the results in Nevada should be switched.”
