November 5 is Guy Fawkes Day in England, which commemorates a failed plot to subvert the government by blowing up parliament in 1605. In America, the fifth of November yielded its share of plots too. This post summarizes some of the many examples of alleged voter fraud in Democrat-run swing states or districts.

Arizona:

A voter filed a lawsuit claiming that a poll worker gave her a Sharpie to complete her ballot. When the ballot box failed to register her vote, the poll worker refused to give her a new ballot.

Georgia:

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced on Thursday that there were fewer than 25,000 uncounted absentee ballots in the state. Just a few hours later, he revised that to around 55,000 – 60,000 ballots. He said that the 30,000 – 35,000 ballot fluctuation was normal. Uh-huh.

Michigan:

Despite a guarantee under Michigan law, the Trump campaign was denied access to voting locations across the state.

A postal worker whistleblower revealed to Project Veritas that the supervisor at the branch in which he worked instructed carriers to collect all ballots received on November 4, after the election deadline, and put them in a special “express” bin. Once there, they were hand-stamped “November 3” and then forwarded to the distribution center. Keep in mind that postal carriers have skin in the game because the 300,000 strong National Association of Letter Carriers (both retired and current) endorsed Biden, saying that his winning was a matter of “survival.”

A rumor circulated widely that more people voted in Wisconsin than were registered.  Although not true, it strikes me as an honest mistake.  The originator of the rumor was looking at the registration numbers for 2018.  More people did vote in Wisconsin in 2020 than were registered in 2018.

The real numbers are almost as incredible.  In 2020, an astounding 88 percent of those registered to vote seem to have voted.  In Ohio, another battleground state, the turnout was a much more typical 68 percent.  The highest voter turnout in recent years nationwide was 61.6 percent in 2008.  In 2012, the last year for which data are readily available for Wisconsin, the turnout was 65 percent.

If the Wisconsin average was 88 percent statewide, some parts of the state obviously had to have higher numbers.  In this regard, the City of Milwaukee is suspect, and not all of Milwaukee, either.  Contrary to expectation, in many of the wards with the heaviest concentration of black American voters, the turnout was relatively light.  Joe Biden was no Barack Obama, but more on this in a minute.

As a caution, let me call this a work in progress.  I am looking at a ward-by-ward spreadsheet that strikes me as a legitimate.  Those who know Milwaukee better than I should feel free to contact me through American Thinker.

The most striking feature of the data is a fact that cries out for clarification: in seven wards, voter turnout appears to have exceeded 100 percent.  In two of those wards, turnout exceeded 200 percent.  In another 15 wards, voter turnout exceeded 95 percent.  Joe Biden carried 21 of the 22 wards of the 95-plus-percent wards.  But then again, he carried all but one of the 67 additional wards in which the turnout was above 90 percent and won 80 percent of the vote citywide.

Voter Fraud in Minnesota, and one can presume elsewhere, is practiced almost entirely by Democrats, who have waged a relentless campaign to block any attempt to block ineligible voters from voting, or eligible voters from voting more than once as “voter suppression.”

It’s actually technically incorrect to say that there is large voter fraud in Minnesota, because what you and I would consider voter fraud is in fact legal in Minnesota. The Democrats euphemistic phrase for voter fraud is “ineligible voting” but the manipulation of the voting system is still fraudulent and so it’s still voter fraud. Most voters of either party are totally unaware of what’s going on.

Voter fraud In Minnesota is practiced almost entirely by Democrats through a two-part process. First, they construct election laws that are designed to tolerate ineligible voting and, second, they don’t enforce even the weak constraints in those statutes. Most voters of either party are totally unaware of what’s going on.

Here is how it works.

Self-certification. In Minnesota, you are supposed to be prohibited from voting if you (1) have a court order stating that you are incompetent to vote, (2) are not a citizen, (3) are a felon on parole or probation, or (4) live outside the precinct.

In all cases, you can still vote in Minnesota by self-certifying to the election judge that you are eligible to vote. Nothing more is needed, just your statement.

The whistleblower discusses yet another element of the Democrat fraud overtaking battleground states.

A U.S. Postal Service Insider told Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe his supervisor instructed mail carriers at his work site here that all new ballot envelopes should be segregated in bins, so that postal clerks could fraudulently hand-postmark them as received Nov. 3

The Insider said he was shocked when Barlow Branch morning supervisor Jonathan Clarke told a group of mail carriers how late ballots would be handled.

Michigan law states that ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3, to be counted. This deadline was affirmed by the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Specifically, he was told to stamp them with the date for the previous day to get past the deadline.

Project Veritas has since announced that the Office of the Inspector General is looking into the case. And that might lead to discipline or charges, but the illegal ballots themselves have gotten through. The real question is on what scale has this been happening and was this the result of individual initiative or were there orders from either USPS officials or the union?

“James O’Keefe of Project Veritas captured a Nevada postal worker on video who vowed to get “a nice handful” of ballots to get to people to vote out Donald Trump.”

The Trump campaign has sent a letter demanding that voter rolls be purged of fake residents and dead people in Clark County, Nevada, after officials allowed 3,062 and maybe as many as 6,000 more people to vote in Tuesday’s elections. They’re also demanding that the ballots cease to be separated from their envelopes, which is the one last step before losing track of votes and voters.

The campaign says allowing the thousands of tainted votes dilutes the votes of actual residents of Nevada. It’s the latest attempt from the skeptical Trump campaign to back out some of the votes being tallied in the election.

The avalanche of mail-in ballots is part of the COVID Infection Election, the attempt by overwhelmingly Democrat officials across the country to fulfill their ardent desire to end poll voting and overwhelm the voter rolls with mail-in ballots from people who are not required to show ID, prove their signatures or where they live.

The largest county in Nevada, Las Vegas’ Clark County, is experimenting with the Democrats’ utopian dreams, which are turning into a nightmare for actual voting-age residents.

The letter to the Clark County District Attorney Mary-Anne Miller, with another version sent to Attorney General Bill Barr, alleges that the Clark County registrar of voters didn’t do even the minimal work needed to vet the people who received ballots in advance of the election.

Never Trumpers, Democrats, the Big Media, Big Tech, and progressive government officials have all been unanimous in criticizing President Donald Trump for insisting state election officials do their jobs, which is to enforce election law fairly and equitably. With his willingness to fight, Trump once again shows why his voters remain so intensely loyal.

It’s becoming clear that the 2020 election will take weeks, if not months, to sort out. Trump is demanding that we “make every legal vote count,” and is seeking recounts and going to court to make it happen.

“If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us,” the president said. “I’ve already decisively won many critical states.”

Meanwhile, the Democrats have urged Joe Biden to get out ahead of the count and set up a transition, as the New York Times and other media outlets suggest they will tell Americans who actually won and who lost.

The problem is, this election, which has only been delayed because of vote-by-mail rules put in place by Democrats trying to take advantage of the COVID-19 panic, isn’t over by a long shot.

Legitimate questions have been raised about the integrity of vote counts in both Michigan and Pennsylvania. In Wisconsin, a sudden trove of Biden votes miraculously appeared early Wednesday, erasing a comfortable Trump lead.

On a House caucus call today, Democratic Representative Abigail Spanberger, reportedly in an agitated state, warned that Democrats “lost races we shouldn’t have lost.” She further claimed that “defund police almost cost me my race because of an attack ad. Don’t say socialism ever again. Need to get back to basics. . . . If we run this race again we will get f***ng torn apart again in 2022.”

Elsewhere, former Missouri senator Claire McCaskill had this to say: “Whether you are talking guns or . . . abortion . . . or gay marriage and rights for ‘transsexuals’ and other people who we as a party ‘look after’ and make sure they are treated fairly. As we circled the issues we left voters behind and Republicans dove in.”

I see other Democrats grousing today that their candidates in Florida and elsewhere were falsely labeled “socialist.” I’m sorry, if that’s not the message you want to send, perhaps Nancy Pelosi shouldn’t pose with a gaggle of Marxists on the cover of Rolling Stone. Perhaps Democrats should treat Bernie Sanders as a fringe crank rather than a comrade who’s just moving a tad too quickly. Maybe arguing “democratic” socialism is the good kind doesn’t quite do it for the folks in Des Moines.

What are voters in Texas supposed to make of every major presidential Democrat presidential candidate, including Joe Biden, giving their blessing to the authoritarian Green New Deal? Boy, fact-checkers had to work overtime to help Biden walk back those endorsements of fracking bans, of defunding the police, and of confiscating guns.

Pollsters were widely wrong in 2016, yet learned nothing about their flawed methodologies. So how do they remain credible after 2020?

A republic is not just a nation of laws. It also relies on its good-faith watchdogs, such as honest pollsters, the media, and bipartisan institutions.

We still didn’t know the final result of Tuesday’s presidential election as of Wednesday night. But there are lots of reasons to worry that something in America has gone terribly wrong.

Many of the mainstream pre-election polls predicted that Donald Trump would lose in a landslide. He did not — to the shock of a host of propagandists.

A CNN poll had Trump down 12 percentage points nationally entering the final week before the election. An ABC News/Washington Post poll in late October claimed Biden was leading in Wisconsin by 17 points. That state’s voting ended up nearly even. YouGov’s election model showed Biden prevailing with a landslide win in the Electoral College. Progressive statistics guru Nate Silver had for weeks issued pseudo-scientific analyses of a Trump wipeout.

Pollsters were widely wrong in 2016. Yet they learned nothing about their flawed methodologies. So how do they remain credible after 2020, when most were wildly off again?

A cynic might answer that polling no longer aims to offer scientific assessments of voter intentions.

Regardless of the outcome, Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Tom Wolf, the Pennsylvania state courts and the Democrat State Party have pulled every dirty trick in the books.

They have changed the rules mid-game, using COVID scare as a cover, but their chicanery is so overt, the curtain has been pulled back on their thug tactics.

First, months out, they claimed they would need three extra days to count the votes.  Then, against all extant state laws, they said they would accept illegible or ballots with no security envelope postmark.  Then, incredibly they said a voter’s signature on the mail-in ballot didn’t have to match the voter’s signature in the voter registration books.  Banana Republic, anyone?

But that’s just the everchanging rules of the game.  On the ground, it got worse and worse.

Certified poll watchers were not allowed into many Philadelphia polling stations.  This is an old Philly trick.  Why is it important? Because without a poll watcher from the opposite side, numbers at the poll can be jiggered.  But even that wasn’t enough. 

Montgomery County, where this author resides and works as a Republican committeeperson, is the third largest county in Pennsylvania.  Historically solid Republican, over more recent decades, the balance of power has gradually eroded to majority Democrat, with some pockets of resistance.  However, in this election cycle, Republicans outpaced Democrats in new voter registrations significantly.  They didn’t outstrip the Democrats, but the trend was pro-Republican.
