What happens when the West’s fantasy Islam collides with the reality of an imported critical mass of unassimilated — and defiantly unassimilable — Muslims?

Cologne happens.

Nor is it only Cologne. That was just Ground Zero of the New Year’s Eve rape jihad in Germany. As National Review’s Ian Tuttle notes in an alarming column about the predictable — and, if I may say, predicted — surge of sexual assault in a Europe overrun by “migrants,” the jihad included similar episodes, albeit on a smaller scale, in Stuttgart, Hamburg, and even astride the Brandenburg gate in Berlin.

We are finally learning about the magnitude and harrowing details of the attack after days of Stasi-like information suppression. Chancellor Angela Merkel may not be big on German security, but she is a bulwark when it comes to fantasy Islam.

First there was no news; then, a few disturbing hints of gropings and robberies by gangs of “Middle Eastern or North African” men. Now, we know it was a mass atrocity — the only remaining question being: How massive?

Upward of a thousand men, overwhelmingly Muslim, executed a coordinated series of attacks on an obvious target of opportunity: street celebrations in the major cities of a reviled Western state, where they were certain to find throngs of young women and a police presence grossly inadequate to provide security — certainly not against a critical mass of Islamic supremacists.

A third of the recent asylum-house fires have been started by the asylum seekers themselves. — Sveriges Radio, public radio

“A very strong contributing factor to this development [the refugee disaster] is in the deeply self-important Swedish view that this country is a moral superpower. We have gleefully acted as the world’s conscience. We have made a moral virtue out of staying out of World War II, which others perceived as pure cowardice. And we have been pompous about not joining the military alliance NATO, while coldly calculating that others will come to our aid in the event of war. ” — Stefan Hedlund, Professor of Russian and East European Studies.

In Sweden it is illegal to engage in sex with children under the age of 15. It is considered as rape, even if it is consensual. But that apparently did not stop a Middle Eastern man, while living in the country, from impregnating his 14-year-old wife. Instead of prison, the husband, as well as the girl’s parents, have all been rewarded with the permanent residency status. This story was exposed on December 1 by blogger Merit Wager, who regularly publishes stories leaked to her by Immigration Service employees. Wager’s source wrote:

“This means that the public prosecutor, the police and the Immigration Service have all disregarded that the ‘husband’ is guilty of a crime which carries a minimum penalty of two years in prison. So, it is fine for grown men to have sex with 13-year-olds in Sweden without any kind of legal ramification? Equality before the law? No way. What kind of signal does it send to other people in a similar situation, or those planning on bringing a child bride here from their own country? Clearly, Swedish law applies only to Swedes.”

It’s simple, really.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger told Sky News that there was no question in anyone’s mind on how to deal with Adolf Hitler during World War II and so it should be with ISIS.
“During the Second World War, nobody said, “What is the solution for dealing with Hitler?” Kissinger said. “And this is an organization that has engaged in mass murder on television in the killing of prisoners. So I do not think that the Islamic State as it exists is a group with which we can negotiate.”

Speaking further on the matter, Kissinger said:

I don’t see any possibility of meaningful negotiation with the Islamic State. I think the Islamic State in its present form has a caliphate to dominate the region and indeed any area where Muslims are living that’s incompatible with the international order as we see it. But I can conceive and expect a negotiation taking place between many of the parties in the region to try to create an international order there, minus the Islamic State, that will be more compatible with peace than we’ve had.

As the self-appointed guardians of all that is virtuous and just incessantly berate as “Islamophobic” their compatriots who entertain second thoughts about importing Islamic culture into the West, these same self-avowed agents of “tolerance” utter not a peep regarding the murderous persecution to which Christians and other religious minorities are daily subjected throughout the Islamic world (and beyond).

Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) is one organization that exists to raise awareness of this crisis.

In at least 50 countries around the globe, Christians suffer “severe” oppression. Most of these countries—about 80%–have near exclusively Muslim majority populations.

Take, for example, “Amina.” Amina is a Nigerian woman who, in 2011, was staying with her friend “Charity” and the latter’s children when their village was besieged by Islamic militants firing guns.

Charity was ill and Amina was nearly seven months pregnant when the militants began raining down gunfire. Since their home was surrounded by a “high wall,” the women lead the children out of the house toward the back and helped them climb over it. Unfortunately, however, given their own respective conditions, neither Charity nor Amina were capable of climbing the wall themselves.

“I was six months then, going on seven, and my stomach was big,” Amina recalls. She proceeded to search out a room in which to hide when she took a bullet to her leg.

Her sick friend dragged Amina into the house and found her a hiding space before finding one herself.
