Most people do not appreciate how powerful a weapon, propaganda can be. Our enemies the Islamists, the Jihadists, the Muslim Terrorists, definitely realize how powerful. They take full advantage of its power here in the USA and around the world.

There are variations of propaganda such as implication, distortion, brain washing and outright lies. At times they blame others, in particular Israel and America, for imaginary misdeeds. They have blamed others for antagonizing Muslims who in turn have rioted, become violent, destructive and even murdered infidels (non Muslims). Such as in December of 2011when a crowd of Muslims in Assiut, Egypt attacked and burned three Christian homes after a Christian allegedly published cartoons, mocking Islam, on Facebook.

Assyrian International News Agency reported that on January 27, 2012 a mob of over 3000 Muslims attacked Christian Copts in the village of Kobry-el-Sharbat (el-Ameriya), Alexandria. Coptic homes and shops were looted before being set ablaze. The violence started after a rumor was spread that a Coptic man had an alleged intimate photo of a Muslim woman on his mobile phone. The Coptic man, Mourad Samy Guirgis, surrendered to the police for his protection.

Muslim Fanatic violence always seems to happen more than a little too easily, once again suggesting a rampage waiting for an excuse. And any old excuse will do.

GOLAN HEIGHTS — Surveying the live minefields, cratered roads and mortar-pocked concrete buildings along the border here between Syria and Israel, it is hard not to be reminded of the historic and monumental disappointment President Obama has been.

When he was campaigning to become the most powerful man in the last standing superpower on Earth, he spoke passionately about changing the world, restoring America’s greatness and bringing more peace and fairness to everyone.

In both foreign and domestic matters, Mr. Obama had unique credibility to change things as few presidents ever had.

Despite his background as a liberal street organizer, he campaigned on tax cuts and personal responsibility and preached that the government simply cannot be the answer to every problem. Republicans would have no choice but to go along with an agenda to shrink the tax burden and get the federal government out of our everyday lives.

On Sunday, January 29, 2012, two years and seven months after the bodies of four Canadian women all from the same family were found murdered, after a ten week trial, and after fifteen hours of deliberations, a jury voted “guilty” to first degree murder for three other members of the Shafia family.Although I myself initially hailed this as possibly a turning point [1] in Canada in terms of the nation’s failed multicultural policy, I now wonder why the life sentence, which in Canada means 25 years without parole, was not 25 years without parole for each life coldly snuffed out.

The three Shafias were tried under Canadian law for premeditated murder and for conspiracy to commit murder; no special “honor killing” related law was needed. This is as it should be and yet, if such a special law did exist, there might have been an “enhanced penalty” which might have maximized the sentences. However, Canadian law in general is lenient. They have no death penalty and there has been no capital punishment in Canada since 1962.

One of several casualties of the vitriolic name-calling between Republican presidential candidates Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich is what to do about Iran.

In interviews, Romney has spoken about tougher sanctions, but it’s been difficult to consider the candidates’ positions on Iran — or much else — with the childish talk about who is the bigger liar.

James Clapper, director of National Intelligence, testified Tuesday before the Senate Intelligence Committee. Clapper said that while American sanctions are likely to have a greater impact on Iran’s nuclear program, they are not expected to lead to the demise of Iran’s leadership.

Clapper said, “We assess Iran is keeping open the option to develop nuclear weapons, in part by developing various nuclear capabilities that better position it to produce such weapons, should it choose to do so.”

Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird munched on matzah and pressed the flesh Tuesday in a visit to Israel’s Kfar Chabad village.

Canadian Foreign Minister John Baird munched on matzah and pressed the flesh Tuesday in a visit to Israel’s Kfar Chabad village.

The Chabad-Lubavitch Chassidic enclave warmly welcomed the Canadian lawmaker, who came as a guest of the Chabad Terror Victims Project.

Baird met with the families of terror victims, heard their stories and wiped away tears.

“This meeting was important to me, because until today I knew about the issue of terrorism only through dry reports,” he said. “Now I know about the pain of terrorism borne on the faces of those who lived.”

The minister was accompanied by Canadian Ambassador Paul Hund, Israeli Ambassador to Canada Miriam Ziv and Chabad-Lubavitch emissary to Ottawa, Rabbi Chaim Mendelson.

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) — The Taliban believe they will return to power after the U.S.-led coalition ends its combat role in Afghanistan in 2014, NATO officials said Wednesday, based on a classified report on the interrogation of thousands of insurgent prisoners.

The captured Taliban fighters also believed they were receiving support from Pakistan and that they were doing well on the battlefield, the officials said.

But the officials cautioned that the report, compiled shortly after the capture of Taliban fighters, was a summary of those interrogations and not based on an intelligence analysis.

“Obviously they are telling us what their idea is about the goings on of their campaign,” said Brig. Gen. Carsten Jacobson, a spokesman for the International Security Assistance Force, or ISAF. “It is what they either do believe or what they want us to believe.”

A group of Occupy Wall Street protesters disrupted a Right to Life rally and threw condoms on Catholic school girls inside the Rhode Island state capitol building.

Barth Bracy, executive director of Rhode Island Right to Life, said their rally had to be cut short after the Occupiers began screaming and refused to allow a Catholic priest to deliver a prayer.

“This is their idea of civil speech but we believe it’s an outrage,” Bracy told Fox News & Commentary “They started heckling, chanting and blowing whistles. They shouted down a priest.”

Last week’s rally was held inside the rotunda of the state capitol in Providence. Bracy said the Occupiers, along with some pro-choice demonstrators, infiltrated the crowd of some 150 pro-lifers. He said the pro-life crowd was made up of senior citizens, mothers with young children, Cub Scouts, and school kids.

Bracy said one of the most egregious incidents occurred when an Occupier climbed to the third floor balcony and dumped a box of condoms on girls from a Catholic school.

“What kind of individual throw condoms at Catholic school girls,” Bracy asked.
