The Election is Not Over by Chris Farrell

https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/16740/the-election-is-not-over

[T]he “journalists” of the news media have begun the relentless drumbeat of proclaiming “President-elect Biden.” That is make-believe. The media does not determine the outcome of the election. Governors of states will send electors to Washington DC in early December. That is the Electoral College, and their vote will decide the presidential election. So, the string of reports and stories and projections and suppositions about the new Biden administration is all part of an information operation to psychologically condition the public to accept Biden/Harris as a fait accompli.

[I]f President Trump were serious about challenging the outcomes in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan. Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona (maybe even Virginia), then he would be back on the campaign trail, holding rallies in those states. The best way to motivate the electorate, and the vote counters and the judges making rulings in the legal cases pending in the courts and jurisdictions of those states, is to show up.

President Trump may wish to reconsider his leisure time should he wish to successfully challenge the currently scripted outcome of the election.

The president MUST get personally involved and FIGHT.

The election is not over. President Trump may wish to put down the golf clubs and get back to rallying his supporters.

As predicted and explained in “How to Steal an Election” – Parts I, II and III – the Left has manufactured an Election “season” (as opposed to “Day” as required by 2 U.S.C. §7), and the “journalists” of the news media have begun the relentless drumbeat of proclaiming “President-elect Biden.” That is make-believe.

Sitting in Limbo Those who want to keep our Republic strong and free need to fight fire with fire. Bruce Thornton

Despite the Associated Press announcing Joe Biden’s victory, we’re still not done with the election. Several legal challenges from the Trump campaign and the Republicans are still in play, especially given the copious evidence of electoral fraud and skullduggery. We may yet see the AP’s announcement turn into “Dewey Beats Truman.”

As of now, we’re still facing three possible outcomes: Donald Trump wins and the GOP holds on to the Senate; Biden does win and the Democrats retake the Senate; Biden wins but the Republicans keep the Senate.

The first scenario is the best for all who believe in the Constitution’s limited and balanced government, unalienable rights at home, and a well-armed military that abroad puts our country’s interests and security ahead of various bankrupt globalist utopias.

In his first term Trump made progress on both fronts: at home revitalizing the economy with tax-cuts, pushing back on regulatory tyranny, defending the Bill of Rights, appointing originalist federal judges, and challenging the illiberal, leftist identity politics that has targeted much of the Bill of Rights in its efforts to complete the transformation of the U.S. from a republic of limited federal powers into a technocratic tyranny of “experts” who know better than the citizens do what is good for them and the country

Abroad, he has put America first, calling out free-riding allies all too happy to cozy up to China and Iran. He has exposed the failure of multi-national global institutions that have winked at China’s gaming of the “rules-based international order” to aggrandize its global reach and power, and weaken the U.S. He’s rejected the two egregious Potemkin multinational agreements, the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris Climate Accords, the former of which endangered our own and our regional allies’ security, the latter our economic strength. And both comprised empty promises, feckless bribes, and soothing diplo-babble that will not achieve their professed goals. Indeed, his triumph in brokering the normalization of relations between Israel and three Middle East Muslim states was based on rejecting one of the “moralizing internationalists’” most cherished foreign policy shibboleths: a Palestinian state “living side-by-side in peace” with Israel.

Orchestrating Hatred SJP’s toxic campus campaign of bias toward Jews. Richard L. Cravatts

https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2020/11/orchestrating-hatred-sjps-toxic-campus-campaign-richard-l-cravatts/

In September, the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights reached a settlement with New York University for the school’s apparent discrimination against its Jewish students, based on a student’s complaint that “the university discriminated against students of Jewish descent, on the basis of their national origin, by failing to respond appropriately to incidents that created a hostile environment for Jewish students at the university.”

When President Trump signed a 2019 executive order that instructed government agencies to be guided by “the non-legally binding working definition of anti-Semitism adopted on May 6, 2016, by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA),” it empowered the Education Department to use Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to withhold funding from any schools that allow discrimination on campuses based on “race, color, or national origin.” And Trump’s executive order expanded the language of Title VI so that Jews, recognized as having a distinct national origin or ethnicity, now enjoy protection as a group.

The IHRA definition, which includes “a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews,” is also critical to Title VI enforcement because it includes the notion that denying the Jewish people’s right to self-determination in their historic homeland, Israel—in other words, anti-Zionism—manifests itself as a contemporary form of anti-Semitism. On campuses where anti-Israel activists regularly excoriate the Jewish state, deem it illegal, wish for its destruction, malign its supporters and slander them as Zionists, racists, and perpetrators of an apartheid regime in the name of Zionism, it is obvious that campus anti-Semites have frequently been able to mask their actual anti-Semitism with what they claim is merely “criticism of Israel.” In fact, Adela Cojab Moadeb, the student who filed the NYU complaint, confirmed that “[m]uch of the discrimination we faced, if not all, was propagated by anti-Zionists on campus.”

At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign a similar Department of Education complaint was just filed on behalf of the school’s Jewish students who have endured “an unrelenting campaign of antisemitic harassment,” a situation caused by the administration’s failure to provide “a discrimination-free academic setting” despite having been put on notice of the “developing hostile environment.”

Of Course The Party Of Moral Authoritarianism Would Cheat On Elections

https://issuesinsights.com/2020/11/09/of-course-the-party-of-moral-authoritarianism-would-cheat-on-elections/

We and many others were warning months ago that the Democrats were going to try to steal the 2020 election. When the counting, recounting, and lawsuits are done, they might well have succeeded. It’s simply in their nature to do whatever they believe is necessary to further their agenda.

The belief in one’s own moral superiority eventually erases the conscience. After all, if one is morally superior to others, then no conscience is needed. All actions and behaviors are acceptable because they’re done in an effort to make the world a better place. C.S. Lewis explained this in his 1948 book “God in the Dock: Essays on Theology and Ethics”:

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Yet too many of us still don’t recognize what we can also call moral narcissism when it’s right in front of us. We hope that’s a correct assessment. If we’re wrong, then Heaven help us, because roughly half of the country, the portion that voted for and supported Joe Biden and down-ticket Democrats, is made up of moral narcissists, willing to force their policy preferences on the rest of the country.

Just a few of the many screeds, rants, and tweets that have been issued since Election Day are evidence that the Democrats and progressive left feed on their moral narcissism. They are convinced that their ideas are so righteous, their judgment so impeccable, their understanding so deep that anyone who disagrees with them must be cast aside, redeemed only after being re-educated. Their moral narcissism is to be imposed on the rest of us by a moral authoritarianism.

Governor Wolf and his legion of darkness must be stopped in Pennsylvania By Ken Blackwell

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/11/governor_wolf_and_his_legion_of_darkness_must_be_stopped_in_pennsylvania.html

What is happening in Pennsylvania is a dark moment for America. Under the leadership of Governor Wolf and his liberal regime, the Pennsylvania elections system has been completely compromised. It has become clear the leadership in this state is anti-democratic, does not value our Constitution, and is engaged in an outright attack on the legal votes that have been cast by the good, hardworking people of the Commonwealth.

As the former Secretary of State of Ohio, I have overseen multiple elections in a state that for years has been dedicated to transparent election administration and ensuring bipartisanship, fairness, and security that breeds confidence in our results. The actions taken this cycle by the Pennsylvania executive government are abnormal, unethical, and downright corrupt.

It could not be clearer that the Democrat-run Pennsylvania executive government only wants votes counted that support their agenda and their candidates.

The actions Governor Wolf’s administration has taken to slant the vote for their candidates is the most egregious abuse of power I have ever witnessed in my decades of working on elections. It is unconstitutional, un-American, and they must be held accountable.

MY SAY: THE KEYSTONE CORRUPTION STATE BY RUTH KING

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/11/the_kestone_corruption_state.html

If you wanted to pick a state to fix a presidential election, that state would be Pennsylvania.

It appears that Pennsylvania is the state that ostensibly conferred enough votes to elect Joe Biden. Now that count is being challenged amid an investigation of fraud.

The grandees at the networks declared rather stridently that there is not a scintilla of corruption in that state and quoted the state’s Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, the state’s top election official, who denied impropriety and averred that: “voter integrity and security are constantly followed by every county in the state.”

Even the New York Post has accepted a priori that the allegations of corruption are overblown.

Well, on August 29, 2020 The New York Post had a headline “Confessions of a voter fraud: I was a master at fixing mail-in ballots. ”

“The whistleblower– whose identity, rap sheet and long history working as a consultant to various campaigns were confirmed by The Post — says he not only changed ballots himself over the years, but led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania — a critical 2020 swing state.”

Then there is the matter of ballot harvesting, where volunteers can fetch completed ballots from the homes of absentee voters and deliver them to the polling stations. It is a bonanza for fraudsters.

While it is illegal in Pennsylvania, the laws are murky and permit drop boxes and in Philadelphia, a group called “The Committee of 70” launched a “Voteswagon” during the primary to collect and deliver thousands of ballots to polling stations.

It’s possible that 2020’s election fraud is way bigger than we thought By Andrea Widburg

Two massive Twitter threads contend that serious computer fraud two years ago in Texas, which turned strong red districts blue, was essentially a trial run for what’s been playing out across America in this election. This post summarizes the core claims in those threads, along with interlineations of information I found.

One Twitter thread comes from Roscoe B. Davis, the other from Bad Kitty.

Scytl is a Barcelona-based company that provides electronic voting systems worldwide, many of which have proven vulnerable to electronic manipulation. Scytl has (or had) Soros and Democrat party connections. Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s Vulcan Capital has invested $40 million in Scytl.

In 2012, Scytl acquired all the assets of SOE Software, which was then America’s largest voting machine and software vendor. Scytl also acquired the tradename “Clarity Elections” and rebranded its American operations as “Clarity,” with a data process domain at clarityelections.com.

Everything on the Clarity site is unsecured on Amazon Web Services. By 2018, Scytl, using the Clarity network, supported elections in more than 12 states and 900+ jurisdictions, covering 70 million voters.

The electronic voting software in Dallas came from Electronic Software & Systems, Inc. (ES&S), the largest manufacturer of voting machines in the U.S. (4,500 localities in 42 states and two territories). ES&S maintains all its data as unsecured files on the clarityelections.com domain, which is processed through Scytl servers in Barcelona. General election voting records are automatically forward to DNS addresses that include ES&S, Scytl in Barcelona, Smartmatic12 in London, and a Russian server at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk.

In Dallas County, Texas, a deep red county, there was a sudden, unexpected Blue Wave in 2018. The computer logs revealed that ES&S technicians repeatedly overrode thousands of error codes for “time stamp mismatch” and “votes exceed ballots.” Essentially, they replaced votes. Then, ES&S ignored the requirement that the data be saved for 22 months and destroyed everything.

Why Biden Should Second Trump’s Call for Ballot Reviews By J. Peder Zane

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/11/08/why_biden_should_second_trumps_call_for_ballot_reviews_144621.html

If Joe Biden wants to bring our country together, he should endorse President Trump’s demand not only for recounts but extensive ballot reviews in at least the four states where the Democrat now leads by a whisker: Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

This statesman-like move would acknowledge that those who did not support him have legitimate concerns about ballot integrity in an election defined by the sudden and massive shift to mail-in voting. It would demonstrate Biden’s commitment to fair elections and help remove a cloud that may hang over his likely presidency.

Biden, of course, overcame significant election night deficits to eke out bare margins in those four states. On Saturday afternoon, he had a 20,500 vote lead in Arizona out of 3.25 million votes cast; in Georgia he was beating Trump by 7,000 votes out of 4.9 million cast; in Pennsylvania he enjoyed a 38,000 vote margin out of 6.65 million; and led in Wisconsin by 20,500 out of 3.24 million votes.

Sometimes, you just get lucky. But given that Biden’s margins largely came from mail-in ballots, further review is necessary before he is certified as the winner. A lot can go wrong with mail-in votes. The Washington Post reported in August that 534,000 mail-in ballots were rejected across the country in this year’s primary elections, which typically see much smaller turnouts than the record-setting general election.

This would suggest that far more ballots, the majority of which favored Democrats, were rejected this month – or perhaps should have been. Color me skeptical since we haven’t heard Democrats complain about this in a very tight race. We need to know how and why ballots were tabulated.

Why elite Democrats are furious over the loss of anti-Trump politics Brendan O’Neill

https://nypost.com/2020/11/07/why-elite-dems-are-furious-over-loss-of-anti-trump-politics/

EXCERPTS:

Trump has lost. But so has the anti-Trump establishment. In some ways, the establishment’s loss is far more significant. These elites see in the 70 million people who disobediently, flagrantly voted for “evil,” and who question the doom and divisiveness and censure of the new elites, a genuine mass threat to their right to rule and their self-serving ideologies. And they are right to. For these unconquerables, these teeming millions who have not been captured by the new orthodoxies, are proof that populism will survive Trump’s fall and that the self-protecting narratives of the new elites are not accepted by huge numbers of ordinary people.

This is the real resistance. Not the upper-middle-class TikTok revolutionaries and antifa fantasists whose every view — on trans issues, Black Lives Matter, the wickedness of Trump — corresponds precisely with the outlook of Google and Nike and the New York Times. No, the resistance is these working people. These defiant Hispanics. Those black men who did what black men are not supposed to do. Those non-college whites who think college ideologies are crazy. These people are the ones who have the balls and the independence of mind to force a serious rethink and realignment of the political sphere in the 21st-century West. More power to them.

So Joe Biden has won the highest popular vote in the history of the US. At the time of writing, more than 73 million people have voted for him. He has beaten the record set by Barack Obama who was swept to power on that famous wave of ‘HOPE’ and 69.5 million votes in 2008. But here’s the thing: so has Donald Trump. Trump might be trailing Biden in the popular vote of 2020, but he, too, has beaten Obama’s 2008 record. Trump, at the time of writing, has 69.7million votes. So he has won the second-highest popular vote in the history of the American republic. That is remarkable. Far more remarkable than Biden’s very impressive count.

Why? For one simple reason. Trump is the man we’re all meant to hate. He has been raged against ceaselessly by the cultural elites for the past four years. Hardly any of the American media backed him in 2020. Globalist institutions loathe him. Academia, the media elites, the social-media oligarchies, the celebrity set and other hugely influential sectors have branded him a 21st-century Hitler and insisted that only a “white supremacist” could countenance voting for him. He’s the butt of every sniffy East Coast joke and the target of every fiery street protest. He’s the worst thing to happen to Western politics in decades, we’re told, by clever people, constantly.

And yet around 70 million Americans voted for him. The second-highest electoral bloc in the history of the US put their cross next to the name of a man who over the past four years has been turned by the political clerisy into the embodiment of evil.

The Resistance Has Begun by Jeff Cruere

https://townhall.com/columnists/jeffcrouere/2020/11/08/the-resistance-has-begun-n2

It seems 2020 will be officially the worst year in modern history. A pandemic produced in China and used by Democrats and the media to create hysteria in the public led to millions of unsolicited ballots being sent to Americans across the country. This process was totally abused and the “counting” continued until enough ballots were tabulated showing former Vice President Joe Biden in the lead in several key battleground states.

The nightmare got worse on Saturday morning when the corporate and left-wing media joined forces to announce Biden as the “President-Elect.” These media titans overlooked the stunning accusations of voter fraud on Election Day and the fact that vote counting was continuing in several states.

Despite the unanimous media announcement, the fact remains that this election is disputed and that the Trump campaign and the Republican Party are pursuing legal challenges throughout the country. For example, in Wisconsin and Georgia, recounts will be conducted. In Pennsylvania and Arizona, votes are still being counted that could deliver those states to President Trump.

Unfortunately, the news media are not interested in the truth and have no interest in uncovering real voter fraud. Their main interest is to declare Biden the victor and to remove President Trump from the White House.

This corrupt cabal includes not just big media, but big tech, pollsters, Wall Street, Hollywood, an array of special interests, Democrats and the pathetic group of Benedict Arnold Republicans involved with the Lincoln Project.
