In the hearing, two members of Congress, including Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), held up copies of our investigation published by the New York Post. Fauci was forced to respond.
Here’s Fauci’s testimony:
- He stated his primary role during the pandemic was to develop a vaccine through the Vaccine Research Center within his institute, NIAID.
- He, personally, didn’t receive any royalties from pandemic innovations.
- Fauci admitted that Congress can institute reforms on third-party royalties.
Fauci was correct, he didn’t receive the royalties personally. Instead, he created a secret system where thousands of NIH scientists received hundreds of millions of dollars in royalty payments.

Our findings are consistent with Dr. Fauci’s Congressional testimony yesterday:
- Fauci’s NIAID pushed the Covid vaccines and innovations with pharma companies that licensed their innovations – that NIAID scientists created in their taxpayer-paid labs.
- These Covid therapeutics received special “Emergency Use Authorization.”
- And $710 million in royalties flowed back to NIH from pharma companies that licensed the NIAID Covid tech. Fauci’s NIAID received $690 million of those royalties.
Did any other Covid treatment ever stand a chance?
Was Fauci making decisions in the public interest or in the special interest?
Our findings call into question every single decision made by Dr. Anthony Fauci during the pandemic.
Our findings received BIG news coverage including:

Famed investor Bill Ackman tweeted our New York Post story for millions of views.
This is the story that NIH never wanted you to know.
With our lawyers at Judicial Watch, we were forced to file two federal lawsuits since November 2022 to force open the third-party royalty payments from 2009 through 2023.
And we are not even close to being finished!
NIH continues to redact the payment amounts to individual scientists, their database of licenses has been updated since 2020, and on nearly 5,000 royalty payments – the name of the receiving scientist is redacted as well. |
