http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/3470/muslim-indignation-australia We cannot, and must not, stand for a religion that will limit our ability to speak, especially a religion that openly calls for the murder of people of other religions, and often even its own. The Sydney police force announced a few weeks ago that, in anticipation of more hostile Islamic street protests similar […]
http://www.israelhayom.com/site/newsletter_opinion.php?id=2954 How Israel is helping Hamas reload On Sunday, a truck filled with money was delivered to Gaza from Israel. That a large vehicle was needed for the transport was already a given. Not only does $13.5 million in cash take up a lot of space, but the procedure itself has been going on monthly […]
Remember the word “ghetto” was used to describe minority dwellings in major cities? A ghetto historically was a place where Jews were confined, gates were closed at night, and the living conditions were beyond squalid. In cities in Europe, they were used as rounding up places for deportations to concentration camps. Well, fortunately the word is no longer used to describe ethnic enclaves.
Now, how about the word “occupation” about Israel’s legitimate towns and villages in Judea and Samaria and the Golan. What occupation? The real occupation is the Hamas occupation of Gaza, the Taliban occupation of Afghanistan, the al Qaeda occupation of Iraq, the Jihadists’ occupation of Mindanao, of Somalia, of Sudan….and the politically correct occupation of the American mind that ignores the perils of Sharia.
And, don’t you just love the words “insurgents” and “militants” for all form of murderous vermin that Pamela Geller so rightly calls “savages?”
http://frontpagemag.com/2012/hillel-zaremba/islamists-exploiting-the-interfaith-racket/print/ While it is all well and good to encourage the commonalities that unite Americans of all faiths, it is equally important to inquire into the bona fides of organizations that only claim to promote tolerance. Philadelphia presents a sorry but enlightening example of how groups whose agendas directly challenge American values get a free […]
http://frontpagemag.com/2012/nonie-darwish/immigrants-dilemma-in-america/print/ If America were to open its borders without restrictions, more than half the world population would be here. It is the American capitalist system that is still a dream come true to many who are more than happy to leave their stagnant, dysfunctional economies, burdened with class envy and re-distribution of “pennies” through government […]
http://frontpagemag.com/2012/ben-shapiro/hollywoods-casual-anti-semitism/print/ Several years ago, I interviewed noted producer Leonard Goldberg for my book on liberalism in television, Primetime Propaganda. Goldberg, noting my Jewish surname, asked me why I thought so many Jews in Hollywood didn’t care about Israel. He said he was shocked by the lack of pro-Israel Jews in town. My answer was simple: […]
http://frontpagemag.com/2012/dgreenfield/hitler-would-be-proud-austrian-muslims-chant-death-to-the-jews/print/ And this kind of talk isn’t just theoretical. Top members of the Austrian government were in attendance Monday at Vienna’s Great Synagogue, the Stadttempel, on the 30th anniversary of a terrorist attack by Arabs against Jews who were celebrating a Bar Mitzvah. Security officials said at the time that the terrorists were aware of […]
http://frontpagemag.com/2012/dgreenfield/the-untold-history-of-the-left/print/ Oliver Stone’s “The Untold History of the United States” is one of those untold histories that are told over and over again by the left. But no matter how often the left retells the same stories, it makes sure to add an “untold” in there, not because their revisionism of history was previously untold, […]
Click here: Giving Tuesday – Maggie’s Farm I am humbled to have as a good friend Del Vecchio. He writes in hopes you’ll read and give. The Vietnam Healing Foundation gets needed prothetics, food and money to the wounded soldiers, sailors and airmen of South Vietnam, who are still maltreated by the conquerors from the […]
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324439804578104710877002252.html?mod=opinion_newsreel When we were young men during the Vietnam War, our country’s debate over the conflict dominated the national conversation, overshadowing the stories of courageous, selfless Americans risking their lives on the battlefield. As generals in the post-9/11 world, we know the wartime climate has changed. Even while citizens often vigorously debate the use of […]
