I told you so. It’s become crystal clear I was right on the money. I’ve said for two years now on my national radio show that the best thing that could ever happen for the Mexican drug cartels would be a Democratic presidential victory.

Mexican drug kingpins have waited their entire lives for this fantasy. They must be singing, dancing and toasting champagne right now, because President Joe Biden is the greatest gift ever bestowed upon the Mexican cartels.

Experts estimated the money made on drug trafficking by the cartels at around $500 billion a year. That’s half a trillion dollars a year — “trillion” with a T.

Who quotes that figure? Republican senators. See what Georgia Sen. David Purdue said in 2019: “At half a trillion dollars — $500 billion — that makes the cartel business and the drug traffic just in Mexico alone coming across to the United States bigger than Walmart, to put it in perspective. So this is larger than our largest companies.”

But that figure is bipartisan. Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein quotes a figure in a similar range: “The illicit drug trade is a business, valued at anywhere between $426 and $652 billion.”

That was all before Joe Biden’s lax open-borders policies.

Joe Biden’s campaign bus had a sign on it promising “No Malarkey,” but malarkey was a primary feature of his campaign. It’s not entirely correct to say that Biden’s Thursday evening speech was the equivalent of Jimmy Carter’s infamous “malaise” speech, but it was a pretty thick mixture of malaise and malarkey.

Jimmy Carter’s 1979 “malaise” speech was delivered almost 10 years to the day after we put a man on the moon. In those 10 years, we had gone from energy independence to dependence on Middle Eastern oil. Inflation was rampant, political unrest was almost the norm, and we hadn’t yet recovered from losing the Vietnam War. The country was at peace (five months later, Iranians seized American diplomats and held them until Ronald Reagan was inaugurated), but it was stalled, discouraged, and growing poor.

The energy crisis slowed our economy, and Carter’s speech was about why we weren’t able to solve it. He blamed it on a crisis of Americans’ confidence in solving problems. According to Carter, we had a crisis of confidence in our government, the media, ourselves, and the nation. The solutions he proposed had nothing to do with recovering our confidence and had almost no effect on the energy crisis that existed in his day.

Biden’s speech paralleled Carter’s in so many ways that it could have been written by a Carter speechwriter.

Biden began with a dose of falsehood by taking credit for what Trump had done. He bashed Trump — without mentioning his name — for letting the virus spread with months of delays, denials, and silence. That was a a Big Lie. On January 31, after the first few cases of COVID were detected in the U.S., Trump imposed a ban on anyone entering the country who had been in China in the past 14 days. (Biden denigrated that sort of travel ban as “xenophobic.”)

If you think the democrats $1.9 billion Covid relief bill now signed into law by Joke Bitem is a major problem for the nation, that’s only part of it. It wasn’t enough that the cure for Covid imposed by democrat governors was worse than the virus itself, but at the same time we have the crisis at the southern border with hundreds of thousands of people from Mexico, Central America, and other unknown origins illegally being allowed to cross into the United States under this administration after President Donald J. Trump had all but stopped the mass migration from the south. Then his reelection was stolen away by democrat voter fraud and election tampering and the DOJ will have nothing to do with the crimes.

Now, this falsely labeled new $1.9 billion socialist law called the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act” authorizing just $190 billion for Covid relief and  $1.71 Trillion going to democrat causes and financial supporters is an absolute outrage. It also legalizes the kind of voter fraud and the other crimes committed by democrat election officials and workers in 2020 and many other issues benefitting only democrats.

Additionally, a significant portion of that relief money will be going to convicted felons along with handouts and support to all the illegals crossing the border. Need I remind you that this is not the government’s money, it is the taxpayers’ money being taken from hard working Americans and future generations of Americans. I personally don’t think this now over $28 Trillion national debt will ever be paid back, how could it be? The US treasury will continue to print more dollars causing massive inflation and our dollars will become nearly worthless. But then that is exactly what the democrats want, isn’t it?

It’s all in their playbook by Saul Alinsky but more to the point is the Cloward-Piven Strategy designed to overwhelm the system of government spending and drive the nation into poverty, causing a demand for more socialism by the many millions of people in poverty that they created, resulting in the transformation of our free capitalist system into a communist dictatorship. Isn’t that exactly what we are now seeing with this new utterly contemptable and unamerican administration and congress? In just two months we have gone from a great and prosperous nation into a scrapheap of misery and abuse.
