Pennsylvania election data shows that over 432,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump during the November election, data scientists say.

According to an analysis by the Data Integrity Group, obtained exclusively by The Epoch Times, votes for Trump—from both Election Day and mail-in ballots—were removed from the totals in at least 15 counties.

Time-series election data shows Trump’s votes decrementing in various counties at numerous time points instead of increasing as would be expected under normal circumstances.

The group said that Election Day vote removals happened during the vote tabulation process in at least 15 counties, including Lehigh County, Chester County, Allegheny County, Armstrong County, Westmoreland County, Northampton County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Lackawanna County, Dauphin County, Pike County, Carbon County, Washington County, Erie County, and Luzerne County.

Meanwhile, absentee vote removals happened in Allegheny County, Chester County, and Lehigh County.

At least 432,116 votes—213,707 election day votes and 218,409 absentee votes—were removed in total.

Conservatives and liberals agree on few things, but one of them is that the country may well see an election crisis this year. All of the ingredients seem to be present: a closely and bitterly divided electorate; the threat of violence and disruption on Election Day or after; and the unusual circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this essay we provide a short roadmap through the main legal and constitutional issues that could arise if Election Day fails to result in a clear winner of the presidency, identify opportunities for political mischief, and explain why the weight of the constitutional structure favors President Donald Trump in a contested election.

Unusual Circumstances

A crucial fact in this year’s election is that, largely because of COVID, an unprecedented number of voters will vote by mail. According to the Washington Post, 84% of the electorate, or 198 million eligible voters, will be able to vote by mail this year. In the 2016 election, roughly 25% of the votes were cast by mail. This year, as many of half the ballots may be mailed in.

Republicans tend to prefer voting in person while Democrats tend to prefer absentee balloting. In the swing state of North Carolina, Democrats requested 53% of the absentee ballots and Republicans 15%. A July poll reported that 60% of the Democrats in Georgia, but only 28% of the Republicans, are likely to vote by mail.

Back in the day, Richie may have been the greatest and most prolific horse-race fixer in history. He fixed over 1,000 horse races in 11 years at every racetrack in California, bribing over 100 jockeys. Eventually, he was convicted and served time in prison.

That was 25 years ago. Today, Richie is one of the good guys and a respected member of his community, as well as a noted philanthropist. But Richie still has his street smarts — something no one in Washington, D.C., has. For over 50 years, he witnessed the smartest and sharpest scammers and cheaters in the gambling world. Richie watched and studied the 2020 presidential election. He calls it “the greatest scam and steal in world history.” He says anyone who denies this election was stolen is a criminal who was in on the scam; a bribed politician or bureaucrat who benefits from the scam; or a complete naive moron.

If Joe Biden is sworn in as president of the United States in January, many Democrats and their friends in the liberal media will instantly claim that he has a mandate.

They will be mistaken.

Joe Biden does not have a mandate to effect change, and no amount of complaining from the professional left will change this fact.

The same people who will champion Biden’s non-existent mandate have fought President Trump for four years. They cast doubt on his 2016 victory, they investigated him and members of his team, they claimed he was mentally unfit for office, they called him an asset of Russia, and actively sought to ruin almost anyone who defended him.

These same people who cast doubt on the outcome of the 2016 election for four years now have the audacity to demand fealty. The same election interference they swore stole the 2016 election for Trump is now branded a conspiracy theory if you dare question Biden’s victory.

Democrats who enlisted Yale psychiatrist Bandy Lee to declare Trump mentally unfit for the presidency, will now sneer if you question Joe Biden’s obviously frail mental state. Even Bandy Lee is suddenly no longer willing to offer a diagnosis from afar.

Contrary to popular opinion in the media, Trump actually had a mandate. He beat Hillary Clinton, one of the most powerful and well connected players in American politics of the last 50 years.

The people who elected Trump in 2016 gave him a clear mandate. They wanted him to clean up corruption in Washington, protect America’s borders, care about the abandoned middle class, reverse unfair trade policies, end the endless wars, promote the United States Constitution in the judiciary, and be a cheerleader for America.

What is Joe Biden’s supposed mandate? To further the stranglehold the D.C. establishment has on the lives of ordinary Americans? To continue the wars in the Middle East and begin new ones? To place a bigger tax burden on the middle class engine of America’s economy? To advance the left’s efforts to divide Americans by race? Who wants this?

Inventor Jovan Hutton Pulitzer was in front of the Georgia Senate today and he totally destroyed Georgia’s 2020 election results and offered a plan where for free, he will determine the accurate results by examining the paper ballots used in the election.

Prior to today we’ve requested that President Donald J. Trump write an Executive Order mandating that the ballots and images in select states be audited and reviewed for fraud by Jovan Pulitzer.

We first learned of Inventor Jovan Pulitzer a few weeks ago and reported that he is able to audit millions of ballots in a day based on his method for reviewing ballots and images. His biography and ideas were provided in our article. He believes there was fraud in the 2020 election and that he can prove it quickly:

I have no regard for the smoking mirrors of how the machines work, the hidden stuff in the code, or how this machine is suppossed to be programmed.  If the machine worked according to programming none of us would be standing here.  We’re here because something broke.

So I’m saying ‘I don’t care about the machine’.  I don’t even care about the code that was written in the machine.  What I care about is that physical artifact. And you know what?  That physical artifact has material differences from district to district that should not be there…Why are they there?

He shared the people of the state of Georgia trusted the state to ensure the election was valid and fraud free.  The current election results are flawed:

This isn’t the beating of a drum this is the burning of a city.“

Our country was founded on a piece of paper!  Pulitzer can look at the paper and determine almost immediately if a ballot is fraudulent or not.  Pulitzer notes that he can look at 500,000 ballots in a couple hours.

Amid our national discussion and evidence of wide-spread mail-in ballot vote fraud; and considering the January 6th role of the Senate to certify the 2020 presidential election; and considering a report from Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, is forthcoming with previous assertions of “foreign interference”; and considering five states are sending dual sets of electors; there has been some discussion about “The Guarantee Clause” within the constitution and how it might uniquely apply to 2020.

Here’s the discussion as best I can explain it:

[Article IV – Sec.4] The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

“The Guarantee Clause” – “At its core, the Guarantee Clause provides for majority rule. A republican government is one in which the people govern through elections. This is the constant refrain of the Federalist Papers. Alexander Hamilton, for example, put it this way in The Federalist No. 57: “The elective mode of obtaining rulers is the characteristic policy of republican government.” [citation]  “The Clause requires the United States to prevent any state from imposing rule by monarchy, dictatorship, aristocracy, or permanent military rule, even through majority vote. Instead, governing by electoral processes is constitutionally required.”

Additionally, The Electoral Count Act or the Electoral Count Act of 1887 is a US federal law stating procedures for the counting of electoral votes by Congress following a presidential election. It was enacted in the aftermath of the disputed 1876 presidential election between Rutherford B Hayes and Samuel J Tilden. In that election, several states submitted competing slates of electors and a divided Congress was unable to resolve the deadlock. [citation]

Essentially, the Electoral Count Act (1887) requires states to complete their certification of electors to congress by a certain date.  The conversation prior to the November 2020 election surrounded whether the COVID pandemic would interfere with the deadlines for state elector certification given the massive numbers of ‘mail-in’ ballots; and whether the counting of them would break through the deadlines imposed by the Act.

A combination of The Guarantee Clause (constitution) and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (law), establishes the framework for some to argue a fraudulent 2020 election result can successfully be challenged during congressional certification on January 6, 2021.  Thus five state legislatures -under Republican control- have sent dual-sets of electors to congress: Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Let us be clear… There is little framework for this type of constitutional issue. This is  uncharted territory, and consequently there is no body of law or case study upon which to apply a historic reference.   However, that said, the issue of Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe, producing a report about foreign election interference could be a fulcrum issue upon which “The Guarantee Clause” of the constitution may apply.
