Attorney General William Barr said Monday that he does not think the federal government has the authority to seize voting machines amid election fraud allegations.

When he was asked about whether Trump should implement a plan to seize voting machines that were used in the election, Barr said he doesn’t believe it should be carried out. Barr made the comments during an announcement about the 32nd anniversary of the Lockerbie bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 that killed 259 people near Scotland in 1988.

“I see no basis now for seizing machines by the federal government,” Barr said before clarifying that it’s in regards to the “wholesale seizure of machines” by the government.

Barr on Monday also stood by his assessment that the DOJ had not found evidence of election fraud that would overturn the election. The move drew ire from President Trump and his legal team, who said they have presented ample evidence to the contrary, while accusing Barr of slow-walking investigations into the origin of the FBI’s Russia-Trump probe.

But the attorney general said that he believes “there was fraud in this election” on Nov. 3. “Let me just say that there [is] fraud in, unfortunately in most elections, I think we’re too tolerant of it,” he added.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Outgoing Attorney General William P. Barr said he saw “no reason” to appoint a special counsel on potential election fraud or the tax investigation into the son of President-elect Joe Biden.

Barr said Monday in his final press conference that the investigation into Hunter Biden‘s financial dealings was “being handled responsibly and professionally.”

“I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel and I have no plan to do so before I leave,” he said.

Barr also told The Associated Press in a previous interview that he had seen no evidence of widespread voting fraud, despite President Donald Trump’s claims to the contrary. Trump has continued to push baseless claims even after the Electoral College formalized Biden‘s victory.

What kind of man must Joe Biden be to accept being illegitimately put into the Oval Office?

We’ve all seen the clips.  Nearly every recent Joe Biden public appearance has been an embarrassment.  The media called his garbled statements ‘gaffes,’ as if they were innocent, harmless mistakes, but many have suggested far worse age-related cognitive failures.  We experienced embarrassment with him, and pitied a man clearly past his prime.  What seemed most prominent about Joe Biden, other than his mental decline, was his obsession with one singular goal — to be president of the United States. 

He first ran for president in the 1988 presidential election.  He didn’t last until the first primary, being forced to drop out when caught in multiple lies about his background, his upbringing, his academic record, and for plagiarizing other politicians.  Twenty years later, he ran again in the 2008 presidential election, but dropped out after coming in fifth in the Iowa caucuses, with less than 1% of the vote.  He was later chosen as Barack Obama’s running mate.  

After eight years of office there, and four years out, he announced his run in the 2020 presidential election, where his plagiarism problem came up again as some of his policy positions were lifted verbatim from other organizations.  The blame was immediately deflected to his staff, and the scandal seemed not to touch him.

For most politicians, such scandals end careers, but Joe Biden outlasted the scandals, and remained in office for more than four decades, really only rising above the noise on three occasions.

When the dust settles on the dawn of a second term for President Trump, we must remember who abandoned him—and America—in an effort to preserve their own careers.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is urging GOP Senators to accept Joe Biden as their next President. Newsmax has taken to calling Joe Biden the “President-Elect.” Many “conservative” news outlets have failed to expose blatant voter fraud while trying to salvage their credibility by ripping on Joe Biden’s fictional cabinet picks.

And it is fiction, folks. Joe Biden is not the President-Elect. His so-called “appointees” and “nominees” are nothing more then hypothetical bureaucrats in the event that they can maintain the illusion of an election victory until January 20th.

It’s unfortunate that we have to continue to hammer home the reality that this election is far from settled, that there are multiple avenues through which a righteous outcome can be realized before it truly is too late. It’s hard enough fighting mainstream media, Big Tech, and Democrat lies. It’s a whole different can of worms when conservatives tuck tail and start going along to get along.

Some say they fear a constitutional crisis. To those people, I say, “Look around.” THIS is a constitutional crisis. The very foundation of our republic is under attack from forces foreign and domestic. They have usurped the rule of law and our sovereignty as a nation by interfering in the proper and fair process through which we determine not just our president, but also our other representatives at every level. Any patriot who allows this travesty to reach its diabolical conclusion without giving every single ounce of effort imaginable to stop it is complicit. They have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution and they have failed.

A group of GOP electors on Monday arrived at the Michigan state Capitol to cast their votes for President Trump.

But the Michigan state police blocked the GOP electors from entering the building.

“The Electors are already here, they’ve been checked in.” the police said as they blocked access to the Capitol.
