The pieces are finally coming together, and they reveal a masterpiece of electoral larceny involving Big Tech oligarchs, activists, and government officials who prioritize partisanship over patriotism.

The 2020 election was stolen because leftists were able to exploit the coronavirus pandemic to weaken, alter, and eliminate laws that were put in place over the course of decades to preserve the integrity of the ballot box. But just as importantly, it was stolen because those same leftists had a thoroughly-crafted plan, and because they were rigorous in its implementation and ruthless in its execution.

Let’s not forget that liberals have been consumed by a fixation with removing Donald Trump from office for longer than he’s actually been in office. The sordid story of the 2020 election heist begins all the way back in January 2017, when Barack Obama’s former campaign manager and senior advisor, David Plouffe, took a job leading the policy and advocacy efforts of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a “charitable” organization established by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan.

Earlier this year, just as it was becoming clear that Joe Biden would be the Democratic Party’s nominee for president, Plouffe published a book outlining his vision for the Democrats’ roadmap to victory in 2020, which involved a “block by block” effort to turn out voters in key Democratic strongholds in the swing states that would ultimately decide the election, such as Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Minneapolis.

The book was titled, A Citizen’s Guide to Defeating Donald Trump, and it turned out that the citizen Plouffe had in mind was none other than his former boss, Mark Zuckerberg. Although Plouffe no longer officially managed Zuckerberg’s policy and advocacy efforts at that point, the political operative’s influence evidently remained a powerful force.

Trump lawyer Sidney Powell laid out the case behind the president’s claims of election rigging in a wide-ranging interview with the Washington Examiner on Friday.

Larry O’Connor, host of the Washington Examiner’s Examining Politics, referenced articles from the New York Times and HuffPost that alleged a backdoor in Dominion Voting Systems used in several key battleground states could have been exploited to create vote tallies “that did not exist.”

Powell said those are part of the allegations being brought by the Trump campaign.

“Their system even admits, their own training manual admits, that people can go in and do that. That people can go in and put all kinds of votes in a ‘trash’ folder and then ‘trash’ them,” Powell said. “There are devices on the internet that can be used to see it, and we have multiple people who actually saw it as it was happening. We essentially have some pictures of it, and it is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue. Why have the Department of Justice and the FBI not done something on this immediately?”

Responding to O’Connor’s question about reports of “overvotes or overballots” in key voting precincts that recorded “200% to 300% turnout,” Powell said it was a combination of different types of fraud.

“It’s probably attributable to fraudulent mail-in ballots or computer alterations of the vote. Either one is distinctly possible, and, of course, we have a lot of dead people voting. But that’s not what my case is really based on — that’s certainly one of the issues in the case, a scheme to defraud the people of their legal vote because people had to go out and affirmatively fill in ballots of people that they knew were dead and then file them, and each one of them is a federal crime punishable by five years in prison, if I recall correctly.”

Call me crazy for taking the man with hair dye dripping down his cheeks seriously, but I think it would be unfair to dismiss Rudy Giuliani. Amusingly shambolic he may be. That doesn’t mean he is wrong.

The media has been claiming since the election ended that President Trump’s claims of voter fraud are ‘baseless’ and ‘without evidence’. That just is not true. The President’s lawyer gave examples of it during today’s press conference at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington DC. But everyone is too busy mocking him to pay attention.

I tried to listen to what Giuliani actually said and not what he looked like or the characterization of him by the rest of the media. The cameras started feverishly clicking the first time he wiped the sweat from his face, all but guaranteeing that would be the focus of the presser.

Giuliani did in fact present evidence of voter fraud today but many people simply didn’t want to hear it. He cited multiple Americans, one by name, who have signed sworn affidavits stating that they witness some type of fraud, whether it was pro-Trump ballots being thrown out without cause, ballots being backdated to before the election, poll workers being told not to ask voters for identification, and more.
As Giuliani helpfully pointed out, affidavits are considered ‘evidence’ in a court case. Whether you agree or disagree with them is a different question. And it’s reasonable that not all of the people who signed their names would be willing to go public. If you want to hear more of the evidence that was presented, just watch the first hour or so of the press conference.

Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell Friday claimed her team will be able to prove, in court, all of their claims concerning the election “within the next two weeks,” as “we have more than enough evidence now.”

“We have more evidence now than the present population is imprisoned on,” Powell told Fox Business’ Maria Bartiromo, while laughing off a statement from Dominion Voting Systems denying the attorneys’ claim that the company’s software was used to pull votes away from President Donald Trump and give them to Democrat challenger Joe Biden, and that the company had ties to Venezuela. 

“All I can tell you is that well, the company might have somehow severed or tried to sever the relationships recently, I don’t know how they are parsing their words, but I can tell you that the company was started with Venezuelan money in Venezuela for the express purpose of rigging elections for Hugo Chavez,” Powell said. 

She also claimed that there were people who were “in the control room” and how they “watched how the votes” were flipped in real time. 

“We have evidence now of information from the systems going to three or four different foreign countries during the time of the election, those countries themselves could have watched the live votes come in and changed at the numbers,” said Powell. “There’s significant evidence of foreign interference from the worst communist countries on the Earth with our election.”

Trump attorney Jenna Ellis posted a late night photo of herself with lead Trump elections attorney former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and non-attorney Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (US Army Ret.) who was President Trump’s first national security advisor.

Ellis posted the photo at 12:30 a.m. EST Thursday with the caption, “Late night at the office…Patriots and #TeamTrump @RudyGiuliani @GenFlynn”

One can’t help but wonder what a non-attorney like Flynn is doing hanging out with the President’s election attorneys so late at night. Perhaps he stopped by to give a morale boost. Or perhaps the former head of the Defense Intelligence Agency under President Obama and former Trump national security advisor is lending his expertise in national security and intelligence to Trump’s legal team as reports come out of votes being routed overseas for processing by a foreign company before being routed back to the States.

Sidney Powell, Flynn’s attorney in his effort to dismiss the long-running bogus federal criminal case against him by the Deep State, is also working to help the Trump campaign in its elections fight.

The trio had plenty to smile about after news broke Wednesday night that the two GOP Wayne County, Michigan members of the Board of Canvassers rescinded their coerced vote from Tuesday to certify the Wayne County vote despite massive irregularities.

As postelection litigation rages in multiple battleground states, lawyers representing President Donald Trump include big and small names. 

Several lawyers withdrew after reporting pressure from anti-Trump activists that included posting the lawyers’ names and contact information on social media. Twitter removed such information posted on its platform.  

Of the lawyers who remain, some are litigating in court while others largely play a media role. Here are eight of them:

1. Justin R. Clark

Interestingly enough, Justin Clark began a career in politics working for one of the last two candidates—a Democrat—caught up in a contested presidential election, then-Vice President Al Gore.

Clark did accounting work for Gore’s 2000 presidential campaign, NPR reported, on his path to taking the role of deputy campaign manager and senior counsel on the Trump 2020 reelection campaign.

Clark, 45, grew up as a centrist Democrat in Connecticut. Another centrist, Sen. Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., was Gore’s vice presidential pick in 2000. 

Clark later evolved into a Republican, and in 2010 and 2014 he managed the unsuccessful Connecticut gubernatorial campaigns of GOP nominee Tom Foley. 

He was also political director of pro-wrestling executive Linda McMahon’s failed U.S. Senate race in Connecticut in 2012. 

In 2018, Politico put Clark on its “Power List.”

Clark was deputy national political director for Trump’s 2016 campaign, then became director of the Office of Public Liaison in the White House after the New York developer was elected president. 

He worked with presidential adviser and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner on criminal justice reform and with presidential adviser and first daughter Ivanka Trump on apprenticeships and workforce development. Clark transitioned to the reelection campaign in late 2018. 

2. Marc A. Scaringi

Marc Scaringi, a lawyer in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is leading the Trump campaign’s legal effort in that state. Scaringi, 51, focuses his practice on business and corporate law and has about 20 years of experience. 

Scaringi worked on then-Rep. Rick Santorum’s campaign for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania. After Santorum won in 1994, Scaringi became his legislative correspondent in Washington. 

Scaringi returned to Pennsylvania to work for Mike Fisher’s campaign for state attorney general, and served as an executive assistant to Fisher as attorney general from 1997 to 2001.

The top man at the FEC made a massive announcement on Tuesday. Trey Trainor is siding with President Donald Trump to say he believes the claim of widespread election fraud. No matter what the state courts have been saying, this vote was rigged in favor of Joe Biden.

Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor tweeted out on Tuesday that he agrees that the claims brought up by Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell of massive and widespread election fraud have merit and should be closely investigated. “They can stick a thumb drive in the machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet.” It’s not reassuring that voting machines can be tapped “from Germany or Venezuela even.”

The publication of Barack Obama’s new memoir was timed to carry the news cycle, regardless of the election’s outcome. The opinions expressed in “A Promised Land”—on America, race, Donald Trump, and so on—are more vivid than anything the Democratic candidate has said in his last year of campaigning.

And so, even after Joe Biden and the press corps have declared him president-elect, he continues to walk in the shadow of his former boss.

That’s intentional. Obama wants it understood that Biden is an avatar for a third Obama term. Now, he can complete the work of “fundamentally transforming America,” as he put it days before the 2008 election. Hillary Clinton was expected to at least protect what she inherited from Obama. But the victory of Trump, who had campaigned on undoing Obama’s domestic and foreign policy initiatives, left the outgoing president with only two options—watch his successor dismantle his legacy or stop him.

The coup is evidence of his choice. The senior U.S. officials, Democratic Party operatives, and media personalities who targeted the Trump circle for four years weren’t simply defending the privileges of the “Deep State.” These are bureaucrats, deputies, and courtiers who would not dare an attempt that bold unless it was OK’d from above.
