Obama Exposed: There Were No FISA Warrants, There Was No Incidental Surveillance, There Was The Hammer — The Persecution Of General Flynn By Mary Fanning and Alan Jones |

For years, Sally Yates and James Clapper were acutely aware that the Obama administration was engaged in illegal domestic surveillance.

In August of 2014, CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery met with Senior Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Royce C. Lamberth, one-time presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.  Montgomery handed over to Judge Lamberth a cache of Special Access Program (SAP) classified documents.

Judge Lamberth then approached FBI Director James Comey and Lamberth’s longtime friend FBI General Counsel James Baker, in an attempt to assist Montgomery’s efforts to become a whistleblower and expose illegal domestic surveillance programs run by President Obama and his intelligence chiefs John Brennan, and James Clapper.

The government was desperate to get back Dennis Montgomery’s evidence, even if it meant granting Montgomery whistleblower immunity.

Brennan and Clapper, Montgomery says, illegally commandeered a U.S. government foreign surveillance tool known as The Hammer, then relocated that system to Fort Washington, Maryland on February 3, 2009, according to The Whistleblower Tapes.

FBI Director Robert Mueller provided the computers for The Hammer, according to Montgomery.

Our Nevermind Media By Kyle Smith

The media shrug at their massive bungling of major stories.

How lovely it is to have a high-profile job in our major media institutions. Let’s say you completely, hideously muck up a huge story. Let’s say you spend three years wildly misleading the public. Let’s say that, at the outset of the worst public-health crisis in a century, you mock people for being afraid and tell them to go about life as usual. When you’re proven wrong, you get to tell the next chapter of the story anyway. And if you feel like saying, “No fair noticing we were wrong!” you know other members of the mainstream-media cartel will rush to support you.

Media observers are today noticing how strange it is for reporters to juxtapose panic about Florida, where the virus has done relatively little damage, with robust defense of New York, the coronavirus death capital of the Western world.

This week, after Politico Florida correspondent Marc Caputo noted that the long-predicted mass outbreak of coronavirus in his state still hasn’t happened, with three full months having passed since the first dire warnings about spring breakers partying on the beaches, Daily Beast Washington correspondent and CNN analyst Jackie Kucinich threw the yellow flag.

New York’s Terrible Decisions on Wuhan Coronavirus Screwed the Rest of America Katie Pavlich

The curve of Wuhan coronavirus cases across the country has flattened and cities are slowly coming out of stay-at-home orders. Businesses are opening back up and people are doing what they can to return to normalcy.

But the bad decisions made by politicians in the hardest-hit areas, specifically New York, should not go unnoticed as we start to pull away from the pandemic.

On March 2, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio was encouraging residents to continue their regular behavior. He even gave them ideas about what to do in crowded areas. The virus had been in the country since the end of January and rapidly spreading. Italy, a preview of what could come to the U.S. without proper preparation, was completely overrun, devastated and chaotic.

“Since I’m encouraging New Yorkers to go on with your lives + get out on the town despite Coronavirus, I thought I would offer some suggestions. Here’s the first: thru Thurs 3/5 go see ‘The Traitor’ @FilmLinc. If ‘The Wire’ was a true story + set in Italy, it would be this film,” he tweeted.

When things got serious just a week later, and New York City came under siege from the disease, de Blasio berated the federal government and President Trump for failing to send medical supplies or personal protective equipment. But it turned out, de Blasio didn’t order them.

The Lie That Launched a Thousand Lockdowns Dan O’Donnell,

The shocking story of how a disastrously flawed Coronavirus model changed government policy overnight and shut down the world for months.

One can pinpoint the exact moment when life in the United States changed, possibly forever. It was the night of March 11th, 2020 and the NBA suspended its season. At about the same time, arguably the world’s most famous actor made a shocking announcement.

Within days, states would begin to issue orders restricting the number of people who could gather together. Shortly after that, they began closing schools.

But it wasn’t until March 16th that governments began to shut down their states entirely. Why did they take such a draconian step? Because of the release of a bombshell report in Great Britain.

Brennan and Co. Targeted Flynn In Part Because He Knew About Billions They Were Running Off The Books Sara Lee,

http://stupidfrogs.org/article/brennan_and_co_targeted_flynn_in_part_because_he_knew_about_billions_they_were_running_off_the_books.html

Word broke nationally Tuesday that former Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan had suppressed evidence that Vladimir Putin was more interested in a Hillary Clinton win in 2016 than a Donald Trump win. My colleague Nick Arama covered the rumblings of that story in late April.

Brennan, in fact, seems to the be the big fish under U.S. Attorney John Durham’s microscope, but not just because of the latest news about suppressing Putin’s preferences. Sidney Powell, the formidable attorney responsible for helping Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn successfully battle the drummed-up charges against him, has very specifically said Brennan has his fingerprints all over the smearing of her client because Flynn had a keen interest in auditing the intelligence community and ferreting out corruption.

But it’s the corruption itself that’s stunning. In early April, Powell told the Vicki McKenna Show that the disgraced intel leader and others in the intelligence community were targeting Flynn over billions of taxpayer dollars that he knew were not being properly accounted for.

“Powell, who took over Flynn’s defense last summer, told the Vicki McKenna Show on 1310 WIBA Madison on Tuesday that her client was ‘totally set up’ because he threatened to expose wrongdoing by top intelligence officials in the Obama administration,” the Washington Examiner reported Wednesday.

“He was going to audit the intel agencies because he knew about the billions [former Obama era CIA Director John] Brennan and company were running off books,” she said.

Corrupt Judge Sullivan

Corrupt Judge Sullivan, Who Previously Threatened to Jail Michael Flynn for Treason When He Moved to Withdraw His Guilty Plea, Now Invites Leftwingers Who Want Flynn Jailed To Submit Their Own Motions As To Why Flynn Should Still Be Sentenced.

Sullivan is saying that there is no actual real court case here because there are not opposing parties in the action — he is claiming that Barr, due to politics, is on Flynn’s side, and you can’t have a court hearing with two parties who agree. You need to bring in other parties — through the amicus curae (“friend of the court”) process.

And he’s inviting Adam Schiff to file an amicus brief and become, in essence, the actual party opposed to Flynn.

Because Barr is — there is no way around this insinuation — is corrupt and his filings must be ignored by the court as rigged or fraudulent.

I suppose a less dramatic reading would be, “Sullivan sees that Flynn and the DOJ both agree that no crime has been committed here, and, for the sake of due diligence, is seeking out a third party who disagrees to give the court a dissenting view.”

Senator Rand Paul Questions Dr. Fauci, Drops a Bomb in Senate Hearing By Stacey Lennox

Senator Rand Paul Questions Dr. Fauci, Drops a Bomb in Senate Hearing By Stacey Lennoxhttps://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/stacey-lennox/2020/05/12/senator-rand-paul-questions-dr-fauci-drops-a-bomb-in-senate-hearing-n390185

EXCERPT

The doctor in Rand Paul took over for the questioning. He began by challenging Dr. Fauci on the media narrative that there is no evidence that patients who survive coronavirus have immunity. To be helpful Paul pointed out the following:

In experiments, rhesus monkeys infected with COVID-19 can’t be reinfected
Studies have shown plasma from recovered COVID-19 patients neutralizes the virus in lab experiments
The entire premise of convalescent plasma treatment, mentioned by several on the panel as a potential treatment currently in trials, is that recovered patients develop immunity capable of killing the virus
Recovering patients across the board are showing significant antibody response
We know SARS and MERS, coronaviruses with similar clinical presentations, confer immunity for at least 2-3 years

Paul then stated that his view is that the truth is the exact opposite of the media narrative. There is very good evidence that recovered patients will have some durable immunity. And recovered workers, in industries like meatpacking, should be reassured there is a strong likelihood they will not get reinfected. He then referenced that Dr. Fauci had said publicly that he would bet it all that survivors of COVID-19 have some form of immunity and asked him to set the record straight.

Dr. Fauci responded that it is indeed likely. Then he added the standard disclaimers that we won’t know for sure and for how long for years.

Judge in Mike Flynn case REFUSES to dismiss it ‘immediately’ and instead says he will take ‘friend of the court’ submissions on what to do next

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8313525/Judge-Mike-Flynn-case-REFUSES-dismiss-immediately.html?ito=

The judge overseeing the case of fired national security advisor Mike Flynn revealed Tuesday that the case is not dead yet – and issued an invitation for ‘friend of the court’ briefs in the explosive matter.

U.S. District Judge Judge Emmet Sullivan in a minute order issued Tuesday wrote that ‘given the current posture of this case, the court anticipates that individuals and organizations will seek leave of the court to file amicus curiae briefs …’

He made the statement after the Justice Department made the stunning decision to reverse its position and said last week would no longer prosecute Flynn.

U.S. District Judge Judge Emmet Sullivan wrote that ‘given the current posture of this case, the court anticipates that individuals and organizations will seek leave of the court to file amicus curiae briefs’ in the case of Gen. Mike Flynn

Such friend of the court briefs allow outside parties to make their views known if they aren’t represented but otherwise have an interest in the case.

Encouraging Illegal Aliens To Remain In The US Is A Crime, Supreme Court Rules

“Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a liberal stalwart of the bench, wrote the high court’s opinion.“[T]he appeals panel departed so drastically from the principle of party presentation as to constitute an abuse of discretion,” Ginsburg wrote, and later stated that “a court is not hidebound by the precise arguments of counsel, but the Ninth Circuit’s radical transformation of this case goes well beyond the pale.”

The Supreme Court unanimously upheld a federal statute that forbids encouraging illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. unlawfully in a decision Thursday.

The Supreme Court justices voided an earlier decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which had ruled that a federal anti-harboring statute was unconstitutional on the grounds that it violated the First Amendment by restricting free speech. The ruling by the nation’s highest court Thursday upholds the law.

The Supreme Court not only vacated the appeals court’s decision, but also criticized the judges for “drastically” straying from judicial norms.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a liberal stalwart of the bench, wrote the high court’s opinion.

“[T]he appeals panel departed so drastically from the principle of party presentation as to constitute an abuse of discretion,” Ginsburg wrote, and later stated that “a court is not hidebound by the precise arguments of counsel, but the Ninth Circuit’s radical transformation of this case goes well beyond the pale.”

The decision brings to a close a court battle that lasted roughly 10 years.

New York has mismanaged COVID-19 from top to bottom Stephen L. Miller

https://spectator.us/new-york-mismanaged-covid-19-andrew-cuomo-bill-de-blasio/

Andrew Cuomo is having the time of his life. His approval ratings are through the roof and he’s being talked about as a replacement for Joe Biden should Joe wander off somewhere without his Visiting Angel, never to be found again. Hipster merchandise featuring his face is exploding on Etsy and he’s getting a nightly hour with his own brother on CNN to chat about oh, this and that, and whatever is happening in his day at the given moment. It’s quite the arrangement! Andrew doesn’t ask his brother why he broke quarantine, literally endangering lives and the younger Fredo doesn’t ask him about 1,700 previously uncounted COVID related deaths in New York nursing homes, or why he didn’t authorize disinfecting subway cars until early May, a full 90 days after the first cases were reported on March 1.

Governors in Florida, Texas and Georgia bear the brunt of media criticism for their handling of testing, shutdowns and hospitalizations. In each instance, no outbreak or death count in those states has come close to matching New York. National media went to plaid over Jacksonville’s reopened beaches, while glossing over the hordes of impatient hipsters grouping together throughout New York parks, the entire time lavishing praise on the governor of the moment.
